I really hope this company rethinks their policy and considers what people might be going through in order to just get to a class that makes them feel motivated and happy and glad to be there but maybe they got stuck at work late got through traffic did everything in their power to make it to class just to feel better and healthy only to be met with someone saying they're not welcomed because they've made it five minutes past the time. Parking here was very easy and there are many spots right in front of the studio. I bring my own shoes when I go to indoor cycling, but from what I could see, they do offer free shoe rental if you don't have your own. The classes here rely heavily on the beat of the music and there is LOTS of choreography and arm work. Bikes do not have monitors so it's way more about the feel than the metrics.

The workouts here are tough, but effective, and I've found the instructors to be good at learning names and encouraging! Good vibes! I like that they have workouts of different lengths (30 mins to 60 mins) and some variety (yoga, ride, HIIT, BootCamp)! Downsides: The parking lot is small and a bit tough to get into and out of...it makes me a little nervous each time, but I appreciate that there is a parking lot! The gym is also on the smaller side, and there are times when I would like a bit more personal space while working out. Overall, I have a good workout here and would recommend!

I've been going for a long time and started at the DTC location so when I switched locations I already knew what to do. It's hard for beginners, so start off slow - you'll pick it up eventually. I think the community was better at the DTC location thanks to an instructor named Tasha but I'm unsure if she is still there. Tasha and Donnell have been my favorite instructors. If you're just starting, it can be intimidating but once you get it down it is so fun and I really love going!!! Just ease your way into it. My tip: match your feet to the instructors and mirror them to follow the rhythm. If you can keep your pedaling/feet mirroring theirs, you can do the other movements in the workout
