I took a power yoga class and was a little nervous Intel. I showed up and realized every class is welcoming of all levels. The studio was incredibly clean, including the yoga mat that I borrowed. If you forget your mat, they are available to rent. Props like yoga blocks, yoga, straps, blankets, and bolsters are available at no charge. This studio has a strong community atmosphere, and is not intimidating. I think this is an excellent place for people continuing their practice or just giving yoga a try for the first time.

Her class not only inspired me to take another class, but to also join BSY's Yoga Teacher Training. BSY's YTT is a 200-hr program that is accredited through Yoga Alliance. During BSY YTT, you'll learn all facets of yoga: history, philosophy, anatomy, spiritualism, meditation, hatha and vinyasa flows, theming classes, the chakra system, trauma in-formed yoga, prenatal yoga and nutrition. BSY's program sets their students up for success and to feel prepared to teach at graduation. Lead teachers Kiana and Sean are extremely knowledgeable on all things yoga and have been teaching yoga for many years. They teach from a place of authenticity and encourage their students to do the same. Other things about BSY Denver: The studios themselves are very clean and they take the proper COVID precautions. Both studios convey a calm/chill vibe from the lighting, to the artwork, to the music played. BSY yoga teachers are warm and welcoming when you enter the studio. I've enjoyed the Ryde/ Ass & Abs with Jacqui and went to Strength + Conditioning (Upper Body) with Ayla for the first time today! The workouts here are tough, but effective, and I've found the instructors to be good at learning names and encouraging! Good vibes! I like that they have workouts of different lengths (30 mins to 60 mins) and some variety (yoga, ride, HIIT, BootCamp)! Downsides: The parking lot is small and a bit tough to get into and out of...it makes me a little nervous each time, but I appreciate that there is a parking lot! The gym is also on the smaller side, and there are times when I would like a bit more personal space while working out. Overall, I have a good workout here and would recommend!

I love the fact that they have a very robust schedule so you can select the time that works the best for you. It's good for all levels, you will 100% break some sweat (they provide a nice cold towel afterwards so it'll be for sure the best immediate reward). Easy parking is a huge plus in my books. For anyone considering, I don't recommend a membership here because, strangely, members incur cancelation fees and penalties that non-members don't. Instead, you should wait for when they run deals for a group of passes. That's the way to go. It's also not a good idea to sign up for the wait list for any class. They can add you shortly before the class begins, and you cannot cancel. If you aren't monitoring your email or arrive late, they will not only charge you for attending the class ($20-$35) but also for not showing up ($50). It really should be one fee or the other, not both. If there were another lagree studio in Central Park, I'd try elsewhere because I think it's the actual lagree method that is the true value. But this is, I believe, the only one in this area.

If it's your first time then you have to use one of the tablets to sign a waiver; this only takes a minute or two. Once signed you'll show your ID to the staff upfront. It's a quick check in. This interactive gym that's got climbing walls, a yoga studio and a regular exercising area are spacious and clean. I mostly saw young/younger generations of people but didn't you worry; I'm very much middle aged and although it was my first time climbing today and I was able to manage most of the beginner/entry level ones with no issues. We all did some sort of climbing when we were younger, right? Then all you have to do is to let that younger self come out of you!! Depending on your experience level, you'll get to pick where you want to do your climbing (the levels are clearly marked.) It was a busy night at this fun gym but people were very respectful to each other taking turns. I walked around the entire facility to check things out and I was impressed as to how immaculately they maintain the place. Even women's locker room was extremely clean with no trash or whatsoever. I didn't realize that climbing was also a good cardio workout. This was much needed exercise for me for sure. If you end up making blisters just walk up to the front desk and ask for a band-aide or two. They appear to have several locations in the Denver metro area so if you see one in your neighborhood go check it out. ***Note*** You can rent climbing shoes so you don't need to own them. Make sure you soak yourself in a warm bath with epsom salt after the climbing because you WILL be sore (LOL)!

Nothing special here either - there was talk of a sauna and/or steam room but I guess it didn't pan out. But a nice option for climbing if you are in the area.

The "manager" Anne, was apparently offended by my passion to return to work and get the appropriate "board members" the surgical clearance I had, so therefore I should be disallowed from taking classes I literally helped make up? It doesn't make sense to me and I have been asking for months for an explanation bc I loyally and passionately gave Palango hours of my day almost everyday, and often with literally nothing in return (working for free is a whole 'nother story, but not the reason they EARNED a one star review). I could elaborate for ages, but I'm sure you get it. My advice? If you want to fall in love with your workouts, with a community... never ever consider working for these people- they may let you have it. A workout and community you love. But they also may take it away and ban you from even saying goodbye to people you've known almost daily for a decade with no consideration and no explanation. I've been climbing off and on for about 16 years and really appreciate the attention to detail that Movement offers. Staff are always super helpful. Events are plentiful and if you're wanting to up your game with classes, even learn to lead or belay, they've got you covered. And, nothing beats a clean gym. Bathrooms are really well kept and there are always plenty of locker and cubby spaces. I also appreciate the many lounging areas, both inside and outside of the climbing areas. The layout is well thought out and you don't really feel crowded despite having lots of folks in the gym with you. Membership has its perks for sure and the punch passes are another great option if you're getting your feet wet. Love this gym.

The facility is quite large and has more bouldering and climbing space than the other gyms. It also has a larger fitness area, including a dedicated room for fitness classes and a dedicated yoga room. Given the extra space they are able to offer more class options as well. Pricing reflects other gym franchises around the country - you get what you pay for with Movement IMO, if you choose to take advantage of the many membership benefits available to you (e.g. special events, gear discounts).
