I told the salesman that I didn't want or need or order the frames I also said I ordered handles for the doors but he said that was not included. I told him to refund me the frames and get me a price on the handles. He told me the handles were the same price as the frames (hard to believe) I asked for a refund for the frames and they said all orders were final and no refunds are issued. They have terrible customer service UPDATE. After several bad reviews written on multiple sites I got a refund but the quality of the doors are not worth the money

It's amazing the amount of inflation metal has increased. The only discrepancy I had with business is a particular product that was approximately 70 percent more than product at another distributer. Just seemed a little excessive and I felt a little takin advantage of. But overall and in the end East Valley Sheet Metal is a very reputable company with a great finished product. They also take responsibility for any mistakes or errors that might have incurred during fabrication even if they weren't at fault for mistake. East Valley has been at the top of the fabrication industry for years and they only seem to be getting better at their craft. I have had several neighbors who have had their roofs done within the last few years by other companies and have seen the products show up several weeks prior to the project beginning. Meaning that it sits on the roof for weeks at a time. One neighbor had hers for almost two months on the roof that another company left on there. RWC also provided our new skylight. It was packaged with care so that the glass would not break. RWC showed up on time, were friendly, respectful of our property and professional. This is something that I value as we have had many projects completed over the last few years and customer service has been lacking. Not with RWC. Highly highly recommend them.
