Which is nice It was pretty expensive and my cat looks similar. He was softer and smelled nice though. Should include cutting his paw hair for between his fingers. Believe me, I called over 10 in my area and the earliest I could book was end of September. Hubby new someone and recommended Nico. Nico was so accommodating that he stopped by our house to cut our fur baby's nails and trim his paw hair the same day we called him. His van inside and out are immaculate by this Infection Preventionist's high standards. Nico was very gentle with our super finicky Koda. We even got a free bow tie of our choosing for Koda. Highly recommend his services.

When I picked her up I saw that she had been blown dried cause hair was not nicely in place like after being brushed. Then on her side was soap still. I brought it to the attention of the girl in front who grabbed a towel and wiped the soap off. Then I noticed that she had the same eye junk on her face of when I dropped her off. Was told they are careful of the eye area but why is it still on her face ? Said they bring her in the back and fix it. They set the price you pay whatever they ask cause your thinking it will be done right the 1st time. I left and figured at this point I will just do it myself. She still smelled like skunk especially neck up like they didn't do any of that. Even tthe groomer said she was not bad and it would work. Update : The owner was nice enough to reach out to me and apologize also refunded 75% of what I paid. After speaking with her I truly think she wants to do right by all of her customers. I took a look at the bag and as I was about to open it, I saw the expiration date of 10/26/2014! Sure, some people may say it's ok because it's "dog food" But would YOU eat something that's been expired for 8 months???
