This is my second time at the new location and I always leave more than satisfied! Tina has helped my nails grow so much, I go in for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure and they last longer than the 2 weeks. I highly recommend coming to Starlight :)

Finding a flawless manicure is tough, but finding a team you trust completely is even harder. Starlight Spa is my go-to spot. I've followed Mai and Tina for more than 15 years, and their work is truly in a league of its own. Beyond their talent, their customer care is unmatched. Tina is a gem--my husband has sensory sensitivities regarding his feet, and Tina is the only person he trusts because of how supportive and accommodating she is. My lady took me for my first pedicure. This was the place as I was not sure what to expect. Cindy was a sweetheart and chatted me up during the pedi. The chair had a massager which was an added bonus. The ladies there are very efficient and don't waste any time. My feet look and feel alot better. I came in to get my nails done and was disappointed. I've been coming here for 10 years and never had been treated like this. I didn't like my nails because they were too thick and asked if Emmy, the owner, could redo them. She instantly denied me and began screaming at my when I told her they were too thick. She ended up charging me even though I was disappointed. Wouldn't recommend this place for anyone, they aren't loyal and you might not get what you ask for. They are so disrespectful!! read more

It was my first and last time coming to this place. During wax service, staff dropped wax on my hair and CUT strands WITHOUT my consent. After service, I asked if she cut (as there was hair falling off me) and she deliberately lied and said no. I was still charged $9 for eyebrows (which she also messed up, she made them rounded when I simply asked for a "clean up"). I had to call and drive back to the place to obtain a refund. No apology was given. I'm completely upset with the lack of customer service and will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have no problem paying if it is good work, however, if you're rushing, and you are not paying attention to me and you cut me or you put the wrong color and you rush me really have a problem. I will never go back to this place. What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

I've been coming here since they switched ownership at this location in April and to say as a male Mai (the owner) make this place very welcoming, Mai always makes sure that you're getting taken care of as well as offering waters and really good candies. I had came in for pedicure but I asked if they worked with ingrowns and she set me up right away with Tina which was amazing. She did an awesome job with taking care of them without hurting me I could not stop thanking her! She left my toes looking fresh and clean! I haven't gotten a pedicure done from anyone else or anywhere else she really knows her stuff! I also do come for manicures every other week and I'd say everybody here does a good job taking care of me with that. I'd also recommend their scrub they have for both hands and feet it works really good for dry skin just a personal opinion. But overall 5 STARS!!! I'd definitely give them a chance if you're skeptical and are looking for a new nail place to try out, they'll definitely take care of you well. read more

After having a TERRIBLE experience at another nail salon last month, I decided to come here because it's down the street from my house and because it had so many positive reviews. I came in asking them to remove the gel and dip that the other place butchered. The lady removed it with ease and pain- free! I usually dread going to salons to get anything removed because it always hurts. After the removal, she gave me a manicure. It was the best manicure I've ever had lol only because they always cut or burn me at other places. After the removal and manicure, another girl applied the dip powder on my natural nails and applied a gel polish. I am obsessed with my nails! Will definitely come back :) read more

I've been coming to starlight for almost two years now and I always enjoy my experiences every time. The customer service is good, the employees are super friendly and always do a super good job recreating my inspirations (I always get acrylics). Johnny usually does my nails and I Always leave happy with my finished result. I do recommend scheduling an appointment Though. i highly recommend coming to starlight :) read more

This nail place is amazing! Everyone is super friendly, kind, professional. This is my go to place for nail service. I will definitely recommend friends and family here. The place is really clean and restroom is clean as well. They offer waxing services as well. Mai the nail technician is the one did my nails and feet. She is really good! She takes her time to do your nails and not rushing . read more

Amy is the best!!! She is so fast, i can get in there for my full set with gel and a pedi within an hour I have followed her in all her locations! Her new place is beautiful, super clean and her associates are amazing as well! I recommend them to anyone. read more
