The worst pedicure experience I've ever had. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. This was my first time coming here, and after this experience, it will absolutely be my last. During my pedicure, the nail technician scrubbed the side of my foot so aggressively that she caused a painful wound and broke the skin. I told her that she was hurting me, but she continued to scrub aggressively. The photo I've attached shows the injury caused during the service. The pedicure was also supposed to include a 7-minute deep-tissue foot massage, which I did not receive. She lightly rubbed my feet for approximately one minute instead. The water was also extremely cold. I asked her to make it warmer, but she did nothing. After the service, I explained that I was unhappy with the experience and asked for some Neosporin because my foot had been injured. Instead, she poured rubbing alcohol directly onto the open wound without warning, which was extremely painful. I had originally planned to get a manicure as well, but after having the worst pedicure of my life, I decided against it. Despite the injury and the services that were not provided, she still expected me to pay the full price for the upgraded pedicure. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the technician became extremely confrontational and began yelling at me. She accused me of having been there before and claimed that I had previously complained about the color. I told her that I had never been to this salon before, but she continued insisting that I was lying. She then turned around and loudly told both the other employees and customers in the salon that I had been there before and was lying. I was publicly and falsely accused of lying and yelled at in front of everyone simply for expressing my concerns about the service. I have never experienced anything like this at a nail salon. Not only was I physically injured during the service, but I was also verbally attacked and publicly humiliated when I tried to express my concerns. The entire experience was incredibly upsetting and anxiety-inducing. The photo attached is the injury I received during the pedicure. I would strongly recommend avoiding this salon. I do not feel that the service I received was safe, professional, or acceptable. read more

They truly deserve the highest rating I called an hour before I went in and they answered my questions very politely. They took me as a walk in for gel pedicure and a full set at 6:20 pm. Right upon entering, I was greeted by all the staff and they were so sweet and nice. They directed me to a seat for my pedicure, offered me a tray with chips and water and helped me right away. I was helped by Tristan, and Anna. They truly were thorough and very caring. I should've took before pics, they did amazing! each staff member was helping someone and they were so courteous and polite. The set themselves 10/10. I seriously love how they came out and he did it exactly like the inspiration picture I wanted. Anna also did amazing on my toes and I feel like she took the time to cut each toe cuticle and shape them. She massaged me so nicely and the bottom of my feed feel so much softer. Like I'm walking on pillows. I really love this salon. It was clean, and they used sterile and packaged tools. They turned a fan on before starting to keep cool. It was a 20/10 experience.
