My 92 year old dad took a fall at the event. We asked Frank to make sure he got in his house. Frank walked my dad to the door and made sure he got in safely. I scheduled a pickup at SD Zoo Safari Park as I couldn't schedule an Uber pickup and didn't want to get stranded in Encinitas and trying to figure out how to get back to the hotel. Frank was early and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the park. It had to be the busiest day at the park, and there was an accident in the parking lot which stalled nearly all the lanes. Luckily Frank knew another option and circled around all the trouble to get us on our way. He was very safe and professional on the drive back to the point that my daughter nearly fell asleep. We booked an SUV for three of us. We needed an SUV for my 95 year old husband who needed a walker and help getting in and out of a vehicle. We had a great experience; our driver was here early to pick us up and knew how to get around LaJolla so we could enter the wedding venue where there were no steps for my husband to deal with.
