It could've been a bit cleaner inside but nothing we could do. The limo driver was on time on the scheduled pick up. He knew where he was going as he was prepared with the directions beforehand. We rented the limo for 4 hours, which was plenty of time to get around from the hotel and the church. We did two pickups, the first was for the groom and groomsmen and then the second was for the bride and bridesmaids. We were on schedule and on time so that was a plus. The limo also provided a bottle of champagne for the ride after the wedding ceremony, which was a nice touch and also had waters as well. The price for 4 hours was around $630 or so. Since it was for the wedding I don't think it was a bad price at all since it included gas and everything for the 4 hours we rented it. The only thing that I was concerned about was that they never really follow up with you to confirm that the pickup times are correct still. You have to call them and contact them in order to follow up and make sure things are going as scheduled. They take the final payment during the limo use as well. Extreme Limousine worked for us and we were happy with the service we paid for on our big day.

I had booked a shuttle, but a minivan car picked us up on the day we left. It wasn't too big of a deal, but I was expecting a large van with more room. Our real issue was when we returned back at LAX after our trip. We had a very long travel day and were looking forward to getting home for some much needed rest. In the PrimeTime shuttle app, it gave specific instructions as to where to go in order to meet our driver. After being on a plane for 11 hours, we made our way onto a crammed bus outside the terminal that took us to the pickup point as per the instructions. However, once at the spot, I found out that our driver was unable to pick us up at that location! WTF. I paid over $160 (each way) and this is what we get? I then called the company and they even verified the location. They then called the driver and said we had curbside service. I was NOT notified about this. So, we wasted about 30-35 minutes leaving the terminal and getting on an uncomforatble bus ride only to be told that we didn't have to do that. We had carried 4 large suitcases, 2 duffle bags, and 4 backpacks and now we were told we had to walk roughly 0.4 miles to a different spot in order for us to be picked up. It was terrible. After all of that, I sent an email to PTS explaining what had happened. Here is how they responded: "After reviewing the reservation, we confirmed that your booking was upgraded free of charge for terminal pick-up instead of the original LAXit Zone 20A location. Unfortunately, this change was not properly communicated to you, which resulted in you having to return from the LAXit area back to the terminal for the pick-up. We completely understand how frustrating and exhausting this situation must have been, especially after arriving from your flight... As a gesture of goodwill and apology, we would like to offer you a $20 promo code for a future ride with us. Please feel free to contact us so we can personally provide the promo code for your next reservation". This felt like a slap in the face. Apparently their lack of communication and professionalism is only worth $20 and that is for any future ride, not off of what I had already paid. Why would I trust any future rides?

He dropped us off at 11:30pm. We assumed we could leave our bags in the limo and go into the club to have a few drinks while he waited outside. When we informed the driver of this plan, however, he told us that he was going to leave early and made us take our bags into the club with us. Additionally, there was a pleasant surprise on my credit card the following day. I was quoted for one amount over the phone when I booked the limo, however the final credit card charges were nearly $100 more. I contacted the company's customer service, who did nothing to resolve the matter. I directly contacted the woman, Wendy, with whom I booked our reservation, and she said she "would check into it and get back to me". It has been almost a month and now she is not returning my emails. Please, do not use this service! You will be disappointed! ** Six Months Later: The credit card dispute was never resolved. I did not get my money back. Please do not use this company! ** 12 Months Later: I see that the company owner has replied to me on Yelp. Please note that it took 12 months and a bad review to try to resolve this issue with me. Additionally, the extent of their "contact" with me was a message on Yelp. They should have tried to call me. My phone number has not changed from the original number on the invoice. Further, the claims made in the company's response are not correct - my husband did not dismiss the driver. In fact, we specifically asked the driver if he would stay so we could keep our bags in the car and he told us his time was up. Clearly the driver reported a different story to his employer, but why wouldn't he? And, why would we WANT to bring our bags into to a bar? I got cut off by one of this company's drivers who clearly had no concern for the rules of the road, or the safety of other motorists. I exited on a freeway offramp which splits into three lane at a traffic light. Pretty simple - the left lane turns left, the right lane turns right, and the center lane can turn right or left, or go straight to get back on the freeway. I was in the center lane, intending to turn left. The Sterling Rose driver was next to me in the left lane. We were both several cars back at the light (5 or so). When the light turned green, I proceeded to go, and went to make my left turn when out of no where, the Sterling Rose driver guns it (driving a big Chevy Suburban), and instead of turning left at the light, nearly clips my front bumper and goes straight, right in front of me, back on to the freeway. Not only did this guy not follow the clearly marked signs indicating which lane should go where, but nearly caused a pretty serious accident. The only reason I even noticed the car was because it looked like a nice ride and noticed the license plate frame and logos on the car. It's too bad because I'm looking for a good limo company to use for my birthday dinner coming up. Won't be these guys!
