I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. Before the scheduled delivery date, I was notified that the order had been canceled because it was supposedly undeliverable. I was told I would receive a full refund. Since then, I have had to contact customer service multiple times regarding my refund. On June 1, I was told they would work on it and process it as quickly as possible. On June 8, I received another message apologizing for the delay and assuring me that my money would be returned soon. When I called again on June 15, I was once again told that my refund would be processed by the end of the week. The problem is that I am still waiting for my refund. More than a month has passed since the order was canceled, and no product was ever delivered. I should not have to repeatedly contact customer service to recover money for an order that was never fulfilled. This experience has left me with the impression that customer service is no longer a priority. Once a company has your money, it seems that getting assistance becomes an uphill battle. I understand that mistakes happen, but repeatedly promising a refund without actually issuing it is unacceptable. At this point, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Update: Minutes after I emailed and told Robertha that I was going to leave an online review, I received my refund. Hey it only took 21 days and 4 requests, but who's counting?? Heres the latest email I sent to them: It has been 21 days since my order was cancelled (without notification and for mothers Day flowers ordered almost a week in advance.) The payment has STILL not been refunded to my account. I feel I've been exceedingly patient. I will definitely make sure to do an online review so others know the issues they might expect when ordering from Starluck flowers. Please escalate this issue to management and ask that they contact me to resolve this matter. This also happened to me. Charged my credit card but no refund. Contacted my credit card company and reported what happened. My credit card company replaced the amount Starluck charged. Starluck cancelled the order and sent me a cancellation email stating I would be refunded in 7-10 days because they could not deliver to the intended address--no problem whatsoever. On July 23, I called about the refund because I don't see any pending refunds on my card. The agent told me to wait until ten days had passed. I understood, and it was no problem. July 28 (11 business days have now passed): I called customer service, who stated it would be two more days. I am now frustrated, but they can't do anything else. July 30 (14 business days have now passed): I called and spoke to the same customer service agent, who stated that he would never have told me two more business days. Scam. Unfortunately I didn't search for reviews until after I placed the order. Upon this search it was clear that I had been scammed. The website appears like any other reputable business. Complaints found on the BBB website and in reviews were spot on. They claimed that they contract with local florists like 1800 flowers. They charged my card immediately. A couple hours later I received an email stating that they were unable to make the delivery and we're looking into the reason for this. I canceled my card and reported them to my bank immediately, so the charge never fully processed. I did call them back to let them know that I knew they were fraudulent and that I reported them, the guy just said "ok". BS! 3) Then, a little later the same day, you WILL receive a second email that says, "Oops, so sorry, our florist in that area can't deliver your flowers after all", giving you another line of BS that they will refund your money within 10 days. 4) At this point I / you are really pissed off. I emailed Roberta back IMMEDIATELY (just hours after receiving the "Oh, so sorry" email, telling her I am extremely unhappy & expect the charge to be voided immediately, which they most certainly could have & should have done! Same day I order on October 5th I get this email, "I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers.
