Screen door was mine so I took it off. He was trying to charge me 300 for a replacement that cost 150 at Home Depot $300 to remove the bamboo and string lights in the backyard that I removed in two minutes and the bidet I was charged $95 for not removing. Applying she charged me $300 for and I sent him the exact measurements of the same ones at Home Depot that were $35 Again, Danielle is great unfortunately the owner of the building really gouge me .

As a landlord myself, I used this experience as a great learning tool to make sure I carried the correct insurances, and that in the chance something like this happened to my tenant, we would show compassion. Anyway, Chuck couldn't admit fault, and here we are two years later and finally their insurance attorneys have reached out to settle the case. In addition to the collapse, the building has been riddled with overflowing sewage in the laundry room, and garage area. Yes, raw sewage in common areas. In addition to a building falling apart, raw sewage back up, there is also mold. In 2024 I brought this proliferating black mold to the attention of management. It took over a month to get someone to come and repair the wall, Sonia was on vacation, so too busy, totally not acceptable when dealing with mold, but ok sis, enjoy your vacay! Anyway.. the problem was remedied by a PAINTER, and no source leak correction was done. Well, after 2 years the problem has returned. I feel comfortable sharing my experience publicly after reading everyone else's reviews. Also because these photos attached are just a small taste of what evidence I have. I'm also not sure if they're aware of my Tik tok with close to 1Milloon views the night the collapse occurred. I'm sure my lawyer will text me to take this down, but if one person is prevented from renting from Alex Gamarnik, the Gamarnik 1997 Irrevocable trust, Raisa Gamarnik, or Chuck Eberly of the Eberly Co. This company is what wrong with the housing market and what will cause the next house crisis, they are bullies. I'm 37 years old. In almost 20 years of renting in LA, I've never been asked for tax returns -- not even when I bought a property. This is ridiculous. Extremely rude, invasive, and discriminatory. Meaning I now have to submit more work orders and schedule more appointments to fix the cheap lousy "repairs" your team does. It's not worth the trouble. I will be submitting my notice very soon and moving out. Can't wait to see how many things YOUR team has "fixed" yall try to take out of my security deposit.
