Very nice guy as well. Unfortunately, the owner of the building Really inflated some things at the end of my lease. I left a screen door, bamboo and string lights in the backyard and a bidet . The blinds in the bedroom were chewed by my dog a bit. I asked the owner if I could remove the items he said no and I was on a group thread with danielle and I was able to go remove some items. Screen door was mine so I took it off. He was trying to charge me 300 for a replacement that cost 150 at Home Depot $300 to remove the bamboo and string lights in the backyard that I removed in two minutes and the bidet I was charged $95 for not removing. Applying she charged me $300 for and I sent him the exact measurements of the same ones at Home Depot that were $35 Again, Danielle is great unfortunately the owner of the building really gouge me .

While management initially sympathized with my concerns, once they decided the issue was "too pesky," it became very difficult to see any meaningful action taken. Mike, specifically, has completely cut off communication and does not respond to video evidence of overcrowding, smoking, or excessive noise. That said, if your water bill happens to be a little high one month, you can be sure you'll get a call from Mike Frolich right away. Overall, it's a mixed bag. While the property itself is nice, living here feels like a gamble due to lax tenant vetting. As long as the rent clears on the 1st, management appears indifferent to who is actually occupying the unit. Overall, the lack of oversight gives the impression that serious violations may go unaddressed unless external authorities become involved. Just something to think about before signing a lease here. This company is what wrong with the housing market and what will cause the next house crisis, they are bullies. I'm 37 years old. In almost 20 years of renting in LA, I've never been asked for tax returns -- not even when I bought a property. This is ridiculous. Extremely rude, invasive, and discriminatory.
