He unboxed it and tested it to ensure it worked. Within 5 mniutes of the TV being on, it stopped working. Screen went black although there was audio. Performed a hard reset but still no luck. Technicain waited with me while I called Samsung. Thank goodness I got a live person who told me that they would pick it back up as a return and give me a full refund. Meanwhile, the technican put the mount on the wall as I plan to buy this same TV but from a different vendor (Crutchfield who I should have used all along as all my TVs have come from them. But, I got a great military discount from Samsung so I went with Samsung). If all goes well, when the replacement TV arrives I will be able to put it on the wall without a lot of drama. All in all, very happy with Kairos. I think they went above and beyond to help me with this issue.

The first thing of note was how good Patrick's quote was when he sent it to me. His pricing was fair, and his detail and thorough approach to making a proposal were top notch. Everything was in it...including diagrams and photos. He does a complete breakdown of labor and hardware costs so you can tell what you are getting for your money. If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. He also was very quick to get back to me and keep in contact as I was making my decision between him an other vendors. In the end, obviously I went with Patrick...and his price was not the lowest in fact. His professionalism was what tilted me in his direction. We made a few adjustments to the proposal so by the time he came in, there were almost no details left to work out. That is always a good sign. I'm very glad I made that decision. Hey and Indy did a great job taking care of our home as they worked. The camera's went up and they look as they they were originally a part of the house design. The doorbell also looks original. Easy to schedule free delivery and to take away old 200 lb TV ($100 fee to dispose of old TV, worth it in our opinion). Delivery people were quick and competent. Delivered TV when they said they would. Unboxed, installed stand, and set it in place. Turned on to check that it worked. Took away box and packing. Completed installation to theater surround system and other components myself. Only hiccup in the installation was due to the width of the stand. We had planned on swapping our two original TVs and placing the new TV on our 41¾" table. The big screen store stand online measurements make no sense and Samsung lists it as 40" wide. It is actually 42¼" wide. We decided we were fine with putting the new TV where the TV we were disposing of was. Delivery people took this change in plans in stride.

Regarding Trebor Technical Solutions, I wholeheartedly echo what others have shared. During the consultation, as Sriram (2021) observed, Rob "took notes of the locations where I wanted the drops, estimated the length of each run from the networking rack, and how the drops would be wired, carefully noting the number of cuts needed." Indeed, watching Rob in action is impressive--you can see him map, anticipate, and solve problems, as if he can "see" behind the drywall, identifying the cleanest and most efficient pathways. Sriram also noted Rob's "attention to detail deserves special mention, from planning the project to execution." I agree completely. Exactly. These were also my observations: Rob accomplishes tasks effectively with minimal disruption. Notably, he expertly repairs drywall cuts, leaving them paint-ready--a service many contractors overlook, as Sriram (2021) mentioned. Finally, Rob's patience deserves special mention. He patiently walks you through each step of the process at the level of detail you prefer, answering questions thoroughly--from the initial consultation through to completion and beyond.
