first it started when they called me with no adVance notice to deliver my rental equipment for my Xmas party. I thought it was a spam call because I could not understand one word the driver was saying and then he got frustrated with me because I could not understand him. So my neighbor let them in to my yard. Then the stove I rented to make sure all my food could be served as I requested didn't work so there was a delay doing the pass around of my appetizers. and put extra pressure on the Caterer. As it turned out, I didn't get all of my appetizers past And then to make it worse. They were scheduled to come Monday "today "between nine and five to pick up the equipment here it is 5:45 PM on the day they are to pick it up the very expensive rental equipment and I have not heard a word. I did call at 4:30. They told me they would be there in a half an hour. It is now 5:51 PM on the day of pick up and I am still waiting. on the link to track the order I was fourth starting at 1 PM this afternoon. My daughter used Atlas rental for her wedding. We experienced very poor communication. They never returned several phone calls to resolve an issue. Very poor business etiquette to not respect the customer with a return phone call. Do not recommend them. read more

I had such a wonderful experience with Atlas Event Rentals!! They have such a wonderful showroom I was able to visit with my wedding planner and tons of options! I found exactly what I wanted which were items that were classic, and timeless. They have so many table linens and their team was excellent in helping with decisions. I used them for our ceremony chairs, cocktail tables, kings table, linens, reception chairs, and serverware. They have such beautiful rentals options! Everything was well priced, arrived timely, and their crew was great in setting it up and pickup! I will 100% be using Atlas for any future rental needs! I tried to use Atlas Rentals in Boynton for a table and chairs for my Mom, who is hosting Thanksgiving. I called numerous times and never received a call back. Finally, I spoke with a sales rep who told me that there was a minimum of $250 for delivery and $100 for pick. I decided to do pick -- and placed my order which was less than $100. I was then told that the minimum was $150. I still wanted to place my order (valued at approximately $50) because we needed the table and chairs and I was desperate. After over 3 weeks of trying to place this order and communicating numerous times with the sales rep, I received a blunt and rude email stating that my order was "too small to fulfill". So with less than a week until Thanksgiving, I am now scrambling to find a table and chairs. Awful, rude customer service. read more

What a mistake was made when I trusted Heather Rouffe at Atlas to handle my event. I should have realized I was in trouble when she never returned a phone call for months, I literally texted her every day for 42 days.... no answer. This by the way was not a small rental it was about $40K and Atlas had handled itflawlessly for years with Danielle. Heather, the one of 2 times I did finally speak with her assured me that "not to worry this would be the best year ever" and that she personally was taking over the event. Well I hardly know where to begin... The wrong color linen was sent and I probably could have lived with it but instead of sending one wrong color they sent 3 different wrong colors.This wasn't actually that suprising considering I ordered the linens a month in advance and she didn't order from the manufactuer until 6 days before the event. Her "assistant" called me 5 days before the event to ask if they could sub some other colors and I said ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! When I did call that day of discovery, shockingly Heather answered my frantic calls assured me she would fix the issue by the next day. AND that my friends was the last time I heard from her. Becasue of course she had no intention of fixing anything... good thing I was finally on to her.... I had to go to another rental company where I had a great relationship and they bailed the situation out. (don't forget this is a 3 day event and I had to use the WRONG linens the first day, Client was rightfully livid) I might not have written this review had Heather ever called to apologize or offer to take the offensive linen's off the bill but of course she didn't. Woman owned businesses should HELP other woman owned businesses. Neither here no there, this was a super epic fail on Atlas's part. The details that were missed were mind boggeling. I wouldn't trust Heather to wash my car much less entrust her with any event. If you want ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION and enjoy being stressed out due to others incompetence then Heather Rouffe and Atlas are your rental company! read more

Atlas saved my Christmas! When the furniture store called me to back out on their promise that my dining room set would be delivered before Christmas - I called Atlas to rent table, chairs, linens, & a runner. Susan there was so helpful & kind. She treated my 16 person event as if it were a 300 person event. I really appreciated her guidance, patience & flexibility. Renting the party items worked out better than receiving my dining room set in time bc it was more beautiful thru Atlas than it would have been with my own stuff. The kids table & adult table were able to match & it looked darling! Now that i had such a great experience I will definitely be using them again read more

Had used this company in the past and had a wonderful experience. Apparently the two young woman I dealt with are no longer there. Was given an estimated contract and the quote seemed extremely high. Was unable to get a firm delivery/ pick up date. After doing more research, I found another company who offered the exact same products for half of the price including delivery. When I called to say I was not going through with the contract, and the reasons why, I spoke to Sara who said "fine" and literally hung up on me. While this lack of customer might be the norm for this company, it is certainly not one I chose to do business with price or not. Just awful! If you are planning an event, go with your gut and seek out a company who would like your business! read more

I was invited to a fundraiser for cystic fibrosis at this location. It was a good party with plenty of food and drinks but I'm not reviewing the party. This company rents out almost everything you'll need for a party or special event. They rent out dishes, glassware, linens, chairs, tables, popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, photo booths, tents and so much more. While I was there I had the opportunity to tour their small showroom. They had several tables set up so you could see what it might look like if you rented their products. The tables were beautiful and would look great at a wedding or other elegant event. They deliver. Set up is extra. I especially liked the large selection of different colors and patterns. They probably have something for every type of event. Everybody I met was very friendly and helpful. I'm not planning a party, so I didn't ask their prices. read more

It was a very good event at the Atlas Party Rental with singers and musicians. Lots of food--meat on a stick, salads--and drink--an open bar with friendly bartenders, but no beer. They did however have a huge paella that was delicious. We had a few drinks and a great time at this benefit for cystic fibrosis research. read more

This vendor has all the rentals you need. Items are of good quality. Their showroom in Boynton is small, but open on Saturdays. Prices are on point with rentals. If you go, request they pull non-floor items from the warehouse beforehand, as all is not in the showroom. Our industrial size coffee maker didn't work during our wedding, but they did provide a refund on the item. read more

Employees don't know anything there so unorganized rented chairs showed up with a truck, that I rented mind you, asked them before I rented the truck if a pick up was fine, they said YES...I show up with the truck they say it needs to be a covered vehicle! After I specifically asked them about the pickup. Told them I wanted them a refund and they said they have no money In the building, that they need to call the accountant..Huh??...Never again! This company was very unpleasant. They insisted on delivering chairs and tables during the one hour in a two day window in which I was not available. Then, on the day of pickup, they did not call as stated but showed up at my business, while I waited all day for their call at my home down the street, and they talked a neighboring business into letting them in to take the chairs and tables. I have thousands of dollars of artwork in my business and they had no authority to step foot in there without my presence. The chairs and tables were beaten up so I wouldn't write home about them. And, if you want your security compromised, these are the people to hire. I know I will go elsewhere. read more

I recently used a Atlas Party rentals to rent a white dance floor and some linens. After speaking with Tiffany I agreed on a price and signed off on it ( which I still have a record of ) My fiancé then asked to change the color of the linens so they changed it on the contract and had her resign the contract. My fiancé didnt notice that they changed their pricing as well. There wasn't suppose to be a price difference. After I contacted Tiffany she basically said too bad your fiancé signed off on it and they charged my cc. Lesson to be learned...Triple check before you sign anything with this company. I was thoroughly unimpressed with Atlas Party Rental.Twice they threatened to cancel my event because I couldn't get their authorization form to them quick enough (and this was days before the event). Originally I called for information on some linen rentals. The woman gave me a price, but I needed to make sure the size would fit so I said I would call back in just a few minutes. When I called back to reserve, I placed the order and then they tell me it's $20 more per linen! I told the woman that I had already received a lesser price just a few minutes prior. She said "well, I have another customer willing to pay more so if you want them that's the price". Obviously that was complete BS. These people made us feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer paying them thousands of dollars. Their equipment is OVERPRICED and their service & quality does not stack up. There's plenty of other companies out there, take your business some place else. read more
