If I had known I would never have agreed to rent furniture from them. They delivered the tables and chairs an hour and a half late the day of my party as my guests were arriving. Only then did I see there were many unreasonable disclaimers. It seemed purposeful that she kept that information from me during the 2 weeks we texted about party arrangements. In all that time she could not even get my name right despite the fact that I corrected her 3 times in the text. Never apologized or acknowledged that she was even partly at fault. She was unprofessional and rude. Find a new job Clara - customer service is definitely not your thing.

They helped me find what I was looking for and made recommendations on candy and a stick to hit the piñata. The piñata was huge and a reasonable price. The guests at my party had a wonderful time with the activity. Now that I know that Dinos exists I'll be sure to stop there for all of my future party needs.

On the day of the event I called to ask if Jesus could let me know what stop I was on the truck route and he let me know that judging by their schedule they would arrive no later than 12pm. This held true and they came and even offered to unfold the tables and set them up for me. Such great customer service! All of the chairs and linens looked amazing. Usually when I order the white wooden chairs from other places they look worn and damaged, these were beautiful! Everything looked amazing. They give you a window of 9-2pm when dropping off and picking up your rentals from you and the day after the event they came at 930. So nice!!! They delivered the day before the event and confirm with me when they were an hour away. We had an issue where 1 table and 3 chairs got damaged so I let them know. I ended up paying for them since it was my responsibility and I got to keep them. On the day of the pickup, they let me know when they were about 30 minutes away and took everything back quickly. I had a great experience using this rental place and will do so again if needed.
