Asked the person in charge for help and it seemed like I was bothering her daily nap. I said thank you and no response. I had to ask twice and still got the same response well no response. I've been a loyal customer for years. I used to visit in the mornings, but due to my new work schedule, I now come every Monday evening. The quality of the experience really depends on who's working. The lady who works in the mornings is always super friendly and helpful -- she keeps the place clean and well-managed. This laundromat is the cleanest I have ever seen, including the bathroom! The staff (the 2 Marias) is super friendly and always working to maintain the place up to Mr. Clean standards! It may not be the cheapest but as always and with everything, you get what you pay for. Their card system is seamless and eliminates the hassle of using coins and they also have a service to wash and fold for you. A big plus is Pizza 21 is next door and a panaderia too! read more

Went in place was semi dark enough light but not bright. Looked gloomy and sad. It was clean. If you need supplies they have some this place is CASH and then you get a card to reload only Cash. Which did not work for me so had to find another spot. I don't mind the card machines but I only pay with card so didn't work. Parking sucks. Get there peak hours you won't find parking. The location itself is very clean and well put together, and with this Covid-19 situation you don't have to use coins. You purchase a card and load it with money and you are set to start doing your laundry. Every time you come ask for your raffle tickets so you can win either a $10 up to $50 dollar price. The machines are very efficient and you barely see any machine damage or out of service ! I would strongly recommend this location. read more

Granted, it costs more than doing it yourself, but there are several worthwhile advantages, particularly if you are busy, hate to do laundry, or are under the weather. Here are some of the advantages: 1) They provide detergent, fabric softener, etc. 2) They hang appropriate items. (They provide hangers, but they ask for them back to hang your clothing the next time.) 3) All your non-hanging items are returned to you sorted (shirts, socks, towels, etc.), folded neatly, and wrapped tightly in plastic. 4) Everything is easy to put away. 5) Everything smells fresh. 6) You save time and hassle. I usually come here often for all my washing needs but yesterday was pretty unpleasant hearing experience of a worker vs a customer. Saw both a guy and a woman arguing over a washing machine and I had thought they were just customers. I was told it was a worker there arguing with a lady about a problem with a machine he could have handled the problem better but didn't seem to care more or less. It went pretty loud since I could hear from next door grabbing food I just wanted to report that the worker (Diego) didn't handle the situation well. Instead he was making the situation worse by encouraging the woman with insults and bad remarks taking his phone recording her and shouting worldstar and pushing that lady is pretty immature and reckless. I'm not surprised he did this since there is no manager supervision on site I believe superior laundry does not care about their customers safety and concerns this could have been easily prevented with simple customer care skills or a manager on site. I do hope the owners of this place ,people higher up see this just don't hire anyone off the street this will probably be my last visit here I don't have time for drama and unprofessional work staff. read more

I've been here a few times. Sadly, today was my last time. I'm all for being able to use your debit/credit card but you SHOULDN'T HAVE to be forced to load in only $20, $40, $60. Total scam and BS because when I went TWO TIMES in the past I was able to load $14 on there WITH MY DEBIT CARD. But now all the sudden the gordo worker was being a d*ck and told me that he can't do that. But yet you're doing it on a cash register/computer, and you cannot change the amount? GTFO!!!! read more

The workers here are doing a great job. The floors and machines are always being cleaned. This place has probably the cleanest restroom I've seen from many laundromats. The girls also do the laundry for you as a drop of scenario if asked for a low price. And man i do 1 maybe 2 loads and feel my back bug me but these girls do endless amounts of load for their work and I have to say they work so so hard. This is the spot to do your laundry at. Also very covid aware here. Todays attendant was Rosa and she did a great job always moving cleaning and answering questions. Even hadle well from what looks to be an inspection. read more
