But one day I had issues with the washing machine and I called the number on the wall and the owner James quickly resolved the issue remotely. He was easy to talk to and very helpful in getting me store credit for future washes/drying. This place is newer and super clean. Management should address the poor customer service and ensure employees follow the posted business hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Based on publicly listed information, Coin OP Laundry Lavanderia in La Mirada⁠ advertises hours until 10:00 PM daily.

The cleaning lady is always walking around moping and wiping, trying to keep up with the savages that leave crap behind, or water leaking from washers that need fixing. We found Linda's tailoring using yelp, called them, and they gave us an appointment right away. The shop is nice, with some dressing rooms so you could try on your clothes then they both come in work on pinning up your clothes exactly how you wanted to fit. Then when it's correct, they give you an appointment to come back. It's all done very professionally and the quality of the work is very good. Although it ended up being much more expensive than I thought, we now have two dresses for me and one excellent suit for my guy. And all of them fit perfectly! We will definitely bookmark Linda's tailoring and be back every time we need something to be perfectly altered

So essentially you put a quarter in I can hear it hit the bottom of the coin catcher but it's still asking for the same amount of money prior to putting the cord in.. I went and knocked on the maintenance door to tell someone no answer and there was also no one in the office. Altogether, I think this happened four times today and I know that sounds like it's only a Buck. But imagine how many other people do many load loads that Buck heads up quick! Not sure if this is being done maliciously obviously I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but definitely should be looked into!

When I brought the issue up to the owner, a couple of other customers overheard and agreed the dryers haven't been working properly. Instead of addressing the problem or offering a solution, the owner chose to ban me for complaining. Really disappointing to see a business lose loyal customers over poor maintenance and even worse customer service.
