Needed keys cut for a jeep door and ignition. Called the company recommended by Triple A and left a detailed voice recording including my name, address, phone number, and a message regarding my request. This was on Thursday of last week. After a failed attempt to replace it on our own with something we bought on eBay and a VERY frustrating experience at the car dealership, I found Glenn. Glenn should come equipped with a superhero cape. Not only did he reset the Mykey but he cut and reprogrammed two additional key fobs to be Admin keys. After calling around to several locksmith with mixed response on flashing Fords "My Key"System, Glenn knew exactly what needed to be done and went right to work. Even the dealership gave a runaround on who had the ability to perform a reboot of the key code system. After a month looking for the right locksmith, my only regret was not finding Glenn sooner.
