Needed keys cut for a jeep door and ignition. Called the company recommended by Triple A and left a detailed voice recording including my name, address, phone number, and a message regarding my request. This was on Thursday of last week. Glen answered my call pretty quickly. He got me a new key with a chip in it plus a spare for $203 and some change(Including breaking into my car). The Toyota dealership was quoting me some crazy prices and transferring me from department to department about 10 times so I am very glad I thought to look on yelp for an alternative. After a failed attempt to replace it on our own with something we bought on eBay and a VERY frustrating experience at the car dealership, I found Glenn. Glenn should come equipped with a superhero cape. Not only did he reset the Mykey but he cut and reprogrammed two additional key fobs to be Admin keys. After calling around to several locksmith with mixed response on flashing Fords "My Key"System, Glenn knew exactly what needed to be done and went right to work.
