The service button inside the room doesn't work, we pressed it many times. No one came the exhaust button also doesn't work. There's a 2 hour minimum. And one of the mics they first gave us was dead we had to wave someone down to get us a charged one. Bathrooms are dirty. They never informed us gratuity was going to be mandatory and already added.
