They allegedly came to my apartment complex yesterday, but did not have the gate code (the vendor never asked me for it), and instead of calling me or asking at the office, they just left. Really? You couldn't wait 2 minutes and ride in behind someone else, like the rest of the world does? Or call me? You have my number. Or ask at the office? Nope. They don't do that. They just leave. I got a text from them an hour later, so I know they have cellular technology AND had my phone number, so I used the link they provided and was told that they would deliver the next day between 8 am and 5 pm, and that I would have to stay home all day waiting for them. Well, it is now the next day and it is 4:30 pm, and no delivery, so I contacted them again. Still waiting for an answer. this delivery service was set to deliver a package from DFW Wellness in Arlington. The shipper provided them with the wrong address, and they left it at an unattended apartment, and it was stolen. I let STAT know that it was not their fault and it was the fault of the shipper, and they continued to question me and they even called my leasing manager to ask if I was trustworthy and if I would've stolen the package myself. Even when the driver contacted me directly, and I gave him instructions to leave it with the leasing office, he argued with me that they would not except it even after I told him that I had just spoken to them. I called today to speak to someone in management about this behavior, and I had to go circles with the girl who answered the phone, and she could not comprehend why I needed to talk to anyone. horrible service! do not use! read more

I have legitimate proof that no first attempt was made on 4/4/24 or even a second attempt on 4/5/24. I have reached out to them four times and have gotten no follow up with legitimate support. I have now spent two days at home waiting for a delivery that I have to sign for. I have no trust that this service will not pull the same shenanigans. This is the second time a delivery has been handled through this company that there have been issues. They are not actually doing their job. Horrible. My doctor insisted this service is wonderful and I wouldn't have any issues. Well, I had nothing but issues. The BIGGEST thing is the delivery driver left my MEDICATION with a RANDOM PERSON, even though I was in the exact location I said I would be. All I got was a text saying "it's been delivered!" Uh - no, it wasn't. Not to me. Was never called or notified in any way until AFTER it was dropped. I had to hunt down my OWN MEDICATION because they put me on hold for 20 minutes as I was frantically looking for my meds. Thankfully, a nice person had it and gave it to me untampered. But it is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE that they just left it with someone else. Prescription medicine. Let that sink it. My medicine that I need, was just given to someone else without an attempt to contact me. Including the "delivery picture" I received. If I could give this service zero stars I would. The customer service is awful. I missed the driver by a few minutes and when I called back I was told nothing could be done. It was a Friday so I'd have to wait until Monday, I'm not home on Monday and can't wait three days for my medication. I called the number on the tracking slip and was put on hold for 20 plus minutes. I do not recommend at all. Their delivery drivers won't wait even 2 minutes before giving up and turning around without delivering. It doesn't matter how important your medication is. Then when you call them, the guy on the phone will fight with you and blame your pharmacy (as if the pharmacy has any control over their drivers). I told the guy to **** off and hung up. My delivery needed to be signed for and arrived with no warning so I missed the first delivery. They would not come later in the day so they said tomorrow. After having someone wait at my house all day they didn't show up. I called and they said it would be there before 7:00 PM and no delivery I called again and they said before 9:00PM and I waited until 11:00 PM before I gave up. Now there closed for the holidays and looks like for the weekend. Still no package. They seem to have no regard for the people they deliver to. Disappointed in the service I would not recommend them. They have zero ways to track your order, they 'say' they tried to deliver however they DID NOT even knock IF they did try to deliver (I was there all day and no one came to deliver anything). Delivery. Not good even when u write instructions to place inside PARCEL BOX, they place it outside of box. They should not be delivery sensitive meds. They are negligent w their service. They get one star because I can't rate them any lower. Stat is the most incompetent shipping company I have ever dealt with. Early this week their delivery person left a note on the door that they missed me WHILE I WAS HOME. I called and gave specific instructions for them to text or call me when they arrived the next day so there wouldn't be an issue. The lady I spoke with even repeated my phone number back to me. Yesterday another sticker on the door AND NO CALL OR TEXT. I called and was told they would have the driver come back, but no one showed. Today I called and was told they will come on Saturday, even after I told them we wouldn't be here. the refused to deliver today. And then the person on the phone hung up on me. As many other reviews have stated, These Guys are Horrible! We live in a Gated Community that keeps a track of every driver and passenger that enters. I got a message that they attempted to deliver our medication order and since no one was at home they "moved on" and would attempt again the following day. These meds were supposed to be overnighted for a reason, but I digress. Imagine my surprise when I checked the log at the gate house and no one had entered the community from this company and no one had entered our address in the visitation log. When I called the customer service number it just got worse. They not only insinuated that I was lying, they tried to get us to pay for the delivery a second time in order to get the medications delivered to us. So in short, they will lie and say they attempted delivery and then turn around and blackmail you to get your meds. The first delivery, driver called me 10 minutes away to verify I would be home to sign. I stated I would be home in 10-15 minutes and would rush. I was home 12 minutes after hanging up to find a note of attempted delivery. Then I called and was on hold for 10-15 minutes to be told they would attempt again next day. I did not leave my house and there was no attempt. Called day 3 and they are trying to figure it out. With gas prices I am surprised they didn't want to wait the 2 minutes to be home. One of the most unprofessional "carrier services" I have ever dealt with. No wonder they cant compete with FedEx/UPS/Amazon. My package was supposedly out for delivery last Tuesday but no notice was ever left at my house. The following Saturday I come home to a "second attempt" notice on my door and that I have to sign for the package even though I have never had to sign before. I signed the paper left by the driver and left it on my front door for him to see. Tuesday morning, the driver decided to enter in through my garage door rather than go to my front door to see the notice and now is holding my package hostage saying "I have to be home". Most of us work 8-5 or 8-7 jobs so I cannot meet this request so easily. Worst customer service and worst drivers I have dealt with. No more "Stat Overnight" for me.
