In the blackened chicken alfredo the chicken was very overcooked almost to a point it seemed burnt so it was really hard to chew. The pasta itself was fine though. We really liked the tacos and thought it was great for $6 each during the happy hour. Their spicy margarita was also quite good. The steak frites were nothing crazy it was just average. Service could have been better!

Both were loaded with fresh toppings notably the chunks of avocado, cabbage, chili avocado aioli. They were messy but couldn't help myself licking my fingers. The fish was a bit small but for $6 in this economy who's complaining? The chili lime chicken taco was also a standout as well. The parmesan fries were covered in salty bits of parmesan and the garlic aioli dipping sauce was just divine. The service was friendly and professional. Miguel checked on us to make sure the food was good. The food runners were nice too. Overall, we enjoyed our happy hour dining experience and I am surprised the ratings are so low here. Trust me give Milestones a try and I love their diverse menu and they even have a halal menu as well. There's even a date night menu on Wednesdays and I remember going here with my wife a few years ago. I'm glad I came back to try their happy hour specials.

For our entrées, we had the Branzino and the Dukkah Roasted Lamb Sirloin with yam chips, and both were cooked to perfection. To complement our meal, we enjoyed two bottles of Bojador wine, which paired beautifully with our entrées and elevated the entire dining experience. We couldn't leave without dessert. The Portuguese tarts served with gelato were absolutely delicious--warm, flaky, and the perfect balance of sweetness. We also had the crème brûlée, which had a perfectly crisp caramelized top with a rich, creamy custard underneath. It was the perfect way to end an incredible meal. A huge thank you to Sarah and Jeff, who made both visits so memorable. They were warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. We came to the Newmarket location during peak dining time on a weekend and were seated right away. The patio was nice and shaded with umbrellas, even though the view wasn't exactly the best (the patio backed onto a parking lot and busy road with cars zooming by). We still got a nice gentle summer breeze with good music. I loved that there were plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Every dish could be customized to omit certain ingredients (such cheese or nuts). I also loved that there was a low-carb, keto-friendly option that was both filling and delicious (the Power Bowl, with cauliflower rice and plenty of protein and veggies). Review of the dishes: 1) Super Greens Salad - Pretty big portion for a salad, great for sharing. It consisted of plenty of mixed greens (baby spinach, romaine lettuce, cucumbers), strawberry slices which added a hint of sweetness, toasted quinoa and seeds which added nice crunchy texture, and avocado which added creamy texture. I didn't want the cheese or dressing so I asked for them to be put on the side. 2) Power Bowl - This came in 2 varieties: vegetarian (with tofu) or with tuna (as Tuna Poke Bowl in the menu). We asked for them to swap the protein with Grilled Prawns, and it turned out to be my favourite dish of the evening. I could taste the grill / char taste in the prawns - very well done and flavourful. The bowl ingredients were perfect: fresh vegetables, crisp greens, cauliflower rice, shiitake mushrooms, edamame, soft-boiled egg (that was so perfect), and avocado topped with sesame seeds. I opted to skip the spicy vegan mayo. The bowl was already packed with flavours without the mayo. 3) Lemon Basil Salmon - Another great dish. The salmon was pretty big and cooked to perfection. I really liked the ancient grains that it came with (had the texture of risotto but without the cheese), and mixed with plenty of spinach / green vegetable. The only disappointment was that the "seasonal vegetables" it came with only consisted of root vegetables (carrots and beets)... was hoping for more greens such as broccoli, asparagus, and/or Brussels sprouts. But it was still a delectable and hearty dish overall.

There are lots of group tables sized for 8 people with banquette seating & wooden chairs. The colours are cherry woods & red upholstery. Washrooms are on the same floor as the dining room.
