I wanted to support a small, recovery-friendly business, which is why this experience was so…read moredisappointing. I purchased a 2018 Audi A3 Quattro here and soon experienced major issues. The transmission ultimately failed, leaving me stranded nearly 90 miles from home in Massachusetts. I later learned from the repair facility that the transmission contained incorrect fluid and was facing repair estimates approaching the value of the vehicle itself. The transmission was not the only problem. Throughout the winter, my windows constantly fogged up and even developed ice on the inside of the car, creating a safety concern. I brought this to the dealership's attention and was told to use the AC, but the problem continued. After seeking additional opinions, I learned there was a gap in the driver's side window due to a warped seal or fitment issue, allowing moisture into the vehicle. To be fair, the dealership later offered to work with me and discussed a discounted repair rate. However, by that point I had already spent significant money getting home, was facing major repair bills, and had lost confidence after my concerns about the vehicle were not resolved. What disappointed me most was the lack of meaningful effort to address these issues before I felt forced to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the State of New Hampshire. I personally tried to resolve things directly and felt my concerns were dismissed because the vehicle was sold "as is." My advice is simple: do your research, get an independent inspection, and be financially prepared for unexpected repairs. I wanted to support a local business that promotes recovery and second chances. Instead, I was left with expensive defects, safety concerns, and a feeling that my concerns as a customer did not matter.

Great, friendly service from Mike B. @ this location!…read moreThey also had the last battery in stock to fit my vehicle.
