I've come here with a local auto body shop employee to purchase four simple cans of undercoating for my truck. There was one customer ahead of us at the commercial register. The employee had helped the man ahead of us in about a 5 to 10 minute transaction. When he finished with him we were next in line and the man behind the register started to do what seemed like paper work and other things that could have waited for after our transaction. He ignored us, then answered the phone on three different times with plenty of time to process our transaction in between calls. I do not understand why he refused to sell us the products we're buying. A simple transaction of scanning and paying. We waited patiently, we gave him time to do what he needed to do. But it seemed like he did not want to help us with the sale. As a person who has worked customer service before it's always "help the customer first." Not stand and stare a customer waiting in line while they answer the phone. The person calling can call back. There were plenty of workers there that could have answered the phone while the worker helped people in line. This is terrible customer service. The auto body shop employee works down the road and is a regular customer looking to purchase things often. I will say you just lost two customers based on this one visit to this location. read more

It's autozone where the employees don't know much. I hate how as soon as you walk in door they ask is there anything you need help with? IF i needed help id ask thanks. Get's annoying as hell. Then again what do you expect when corporate tells you you need to greet them etc. I guess they are only doing their job. This location is stocked up pretty well. Always parts in stock. If you know a mechanic its always best to have them order parts as they can get a discount. Items are always in stock here which is great! Because of this you get a 3 star. If the workers knew more about cars and parts you'd get another star from me. You can't have people who know nothing about cars working at a place that sells car parts capeesh? read more

Auto zone is good place to buy your air filters and windshield wipers , and a few other things . The prices are not competitive and typically your paying a little bit more here. When you start to buy other odds and ends parts they typically are generic duralast parts and they do not fit so don't buy them here call quirk parts on brown ave and ask for the OEM parts. They are helpful and will test your battery , alternator and starter for free. They will also scan your check engine lights but it gives a vague idea of the code and I would not buy the parts from here as they are generic as hell read more

Victor honestly saved my entire week. I had purchased a new battery at the Hooksett location, and had a weird contract with the owners of the lot and couldn't put the battery in for me. My car would not start if I turned it off. We called around and no one was able to replace the battery for me. We drove to the Manchester location knowing it was possible that they couldn't take off the air intake to get to the battery. We pull up, and Victor asked if we needed a battery switched out and he'd be right over. It's 20 degrees outside, he has a line of cars waiting to get their battery replaced, as he's extremely positive about the situation. He went above and beyond to help us out. Had a late night vehicle emergency on a Sunday and was pretty sure I was out of luck. Only place open on a Sunday til 8, still wouldn't get there in time. I called the store to let them know what I needed and let them know I would be a couple minutes past closing time. The cashier was extremely empathetic and offered to keep the store open just long enough for me to get there. I couldn't be happier with them. Go here first when ever you can. read more

I had to visit 2 different AutoZones today (a check engine light came on)- this location and the location in Stratham NH. I was blown away by the customer service and honesty of the employees I interacted with. I tend to be very wary of anyone in car repair industry as I've been overcharged and burned many times-- this company has great integrity and pointed me in the right direction for reputable service centers in the area. I went into this location the other day, needing someone to check a code on my car, my check engine light came on. Victor went right out in the snow, and checked it. It turned out to be the Mass Air Flow Sensor, I bought one, and he even installed for me! I cannot thank him enough! I will never go to an AutoZone, especially this one again. My daughter ordered parts online and paid for them and I went to pick them up at the store and they wouldn't let me pick them up even though I had a copy of her order/payment her on my phone. Justine, the acting assistant manager was a real bitch. I have never had issues picking up a part at the Concord AutoZone as long as I had proof that it was paid for, either over the phone or online. It did not say anywhere online that the person that ordered it had to appear personally to pick it up.They had to cancel her payment , which came out of her account immediately but will take 3 to 4 days to go back into her account, big surprise. I had to put it on my debit card in order to pick up a $45 part. There are a bunch of clowns and I would never give them my business again when there's a bunch of other auto parts stores in the area. My advice is to stay away and don't bother. read more
