Cancelled my order for no reason. Wasting my time. If you don't want to sell parts online shut it down so you don't waste peoples time.

I ordered a few times from them in the past and didn't have any problems but my last order has been a mess. Had some parts (which they shipped) , had to order other parts (told 3-5 business days) which they got some of them but after a couple of weeks I told them to cancel what they couldn't get and send me the rest. Took over another full week before I received those parts. Ordered 8/25/25 received last of what they got 9/20/25. I had ordered a new belt and it doesn't fit. Web site says it does and I supplied a VIN for them to confirm fitment. They won't credit me shipping in either direction. Ordered a radiator hose and they have 3 pictures of the actual hose F81Z-8260-BA and they all show clamps with the hose and have listed as a name for the part "Hose Assembly." There are no clamps and they won't send my any clamps. read more

They sold me the wrong part. That was after them having me wait 14 days instead of 3 saying they lost it but found it. Part arrives and it is wrong. They slapped a fake Motorcraft tag on it and took me for a ride. Its a brake line! Its a vital car component! read more

I ordered a part from them through Ford O.E.M Parts Outlet. I received a Ford part that did not match the part number on the box. First they tried to blame me, even though I sent pictures showing the stamped part no. on the part vs what was on the box. They finally admitted the mistake and stated they would send a refund after they received the part. FedEx tracking showed the part was returned. After 5 days of hearing nothing I had to contact them the part was returned. They replied and sent my refund minus the $12.51 for shipping. I should've recieved a full refund since the problem was 100 percent their fault, and they admitted it. Not a respectable company to do business with. read more

Two days later I recieve an email stating that they will have to order them from the manufacturer and it could be a week before they recieved them, and 3-6 days after that before they ship them. When confronted they said they had fixed the problem on their website and two days later the items still show in stock. read more

Stay away from this company. I ordered their part from Ebay Motors and i verified according to their charts the part was correct for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. I had it installed and it did not work at all. This was the second time for the same A/C controller so i figured there was something else wrong other than the controller. I had to wait almost two weeks to get an appointment with the local Jeep Dealer so they could run a full diagnostic on the a/c system. They called and told me the controller was the wrong one and gave me a part # that i needed instead of what they had sent me, even though the chart said it would work. So i had the part removed and touched base with Quirk Parts about returning it and getting the right controller. It took emails back & forth for 6 days before they finally told me i was just past the 30 days even though it was not my fault and i wanted to return it and purchase the correct part from them. They have no PHONE # you can call them on!! Now i am stuck with a $400. controller because the chart that says it fits is not correct for my Jeep. They don't give a crap about us, look at all the bad reviews they have!! read more

Multiple part numbers show the same drawing with extreme prices between them. Purchased a door lock actuator from Quirk Parts in January of 2024. Part appeared to be in stock yet still took 2 weeks for delivery. Part arrived broken however I only first realized it was broken during the install. Had to use part off old actuator to replace broken part on new actuator to save myself a lot of time, rework and headache due to QP's return policy. Quirk Parts had no interest in offering a discount or anything else to try and make it right even after seeding picture of broken piece. Company only communicates through email, telephone number provided is a frustrating dead end. Recommend shopping elsewhere. read more

I ordered a hood latch assembly for my 2016 Ford Fiesta. Even though I showed them why the part sent was wrong, they never offered to remedy the problem. instead they sent me a screenshot of a ford manual for 2013-2015 autos and said that's what Ford Recommended. But my car is a 2016. The part was missing a plug for a sensor (hood ajar warning connector to the warning system. It's the site specs are not complete. I just ordered the right part from another vendor. I suggest no one order from them because their customer service is bad and do not take calls. All communication is via email. read more

They take payments throuhj Zelle and you don't get your part you paid for and they will not give you a refund for what you paid for a part. Dave will LIE about returning calls, checking on part to be delivered, refunding money if they don't have the part and NEVER returns calls or follow up promises and tracking number on which you will never receive. Terrible company. They are part of a larger organization of online retailers. basically just a bunch of scammers with cell phones for contact numbers. I wish I had known this prior to ordering with them. So I ordered a part, fair price it seemed, used Paypal. Because I ordered through one of their sister (fellow scam) companies prior, after I checked out, it decided to default my shipping address to one that I had a number of years ago. I am certain when I checked out with Paypal, I verified the 'ship to' address, because that's part of the Paypal process.....verify shipping address.... Their software decided it knew better and changed it to an address from years ago. I tried to call the 'customer service' number, which literally put me through to someone's cell phone voice mail, that was totally full btw, so I couldn't leave a message. So, I contacted them through e-mail. They did actually respond, but basically told me to pound sand, no refunds, no correction of address, no intercept, nothing, they won't even make an attempt to contact the shipper and correct it. I'M OUT $400!!! The only way I can get my part is to go back to my old address from years go and steal it from their mailbox. That was their advice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ---- THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMS. you will lose your money and be out any parts you order from them. Dare you to find a legitimate positive review. Was working on a 2015 Ford Fusion, needed a part, found the part by diagram on Quirk Parts website. had picture of the part the part matched up and it only had the one part number. Part consisted of hoses (4), plastic fittings (2), and hose clamps (8). No part numbers listed for the individual parts, just one part number for the whole assembly. They sent me two hoses and four clamps, not what was pictured at all. Contacted to set up a return, they sent me 2 different addresses for the re-turn (UPS/USPS), did not provide a return number. When asked, they said they would not pay for return shipping, and that I had to track my own shipment. Said they would pay the original shipping cost. Website says they charge a 20% restocking fee!!! Website does not offer anywhere (that I could find) that would allow for customer feedback. Will never recommend these guys, will never buy from them again, will tell all my friends to avoid them like the plague!!!! read more

We used the website to purchase 13 Ford items for a light collision damage repair. Web site pretty good, prices OK. 7 days later a package arrived with 9 of 13 items enclosed. All items were marked shipped online. Called, no response. emailed, no response. called again after finding 800 number on the side of their van in a picture. got a good email. "we shipped some more parts yesterday, let us know if anything is missing once they arrive". ??? Package #2 arrived. Now we are only short 3 parts. Email again "we have one of the 3 missing here, do you want us to send it?" Yes, please. Also, refund my other 2 parts. Refund done, last part never arrived. last email: "that part didn't get sent for some reason". HORRIBLE INVENTORY TRACKING AND SHIPPING ACCURACY.
