Kristy explained everything to me during my initial inquiry: assessment of the problem, estimate, terms of service, time frame and completion of the project. An added bonus was the ability to install screens on the vents located on my house and garage to prevent any future animal intrusions. The value of the service was extremely reasonable when using cost/benefit analysis. I highly recommend them to assess your home, garage, shed and business structures for possible installation of screens. I also highly recommend them for the humane capture and control of any animals that have inadvertently entered your home, garage, shed or business structure. Well here I am again. I've used this company before and never change when u have a great experience. We have a rodent problem in our garage and STATELINE came in and handled it with complete professionalism and ease. I have a raccoon latrine situation in my backyard. Stateline Animal Control trapped and removed 3 raccoons in the 7 day period. I also contracted with them to disinfect my yard; I had to request a second cleaning as not all feces was removed. Three weeks later (and $600 spent with Stateline) raccoons are back to using my yard as their latrine. I cannot recommend this company's service for raccoon latrines. Trapping/disinfecting the yard has not eliminated my issue. I'm now looking at alternative solutions. To be fair, Stateline was very upfront with me that they couldn't guarantee their service as they can't predict raccoon behavior. The employees were professional. read more

So far, I'm very impressed with everyone! From my initial phone call, to Brennon's inspection of my house and back yard. Looking for those sneaky foxes that are giving me trouble isn't necessarily easy. The thing that impressed me the most, was the respect or caring for the animals....which may be a little counterintuitive for an animal removal service. I cannot say enough about the great customer service I received when I called Stateline in a panic. We had bats in the attic and mice in the basement. Their prompt response (in the bitter cold)for an assessment and immediate return with mice boxes. It took a couple of days for the bat guard and all material to arrive and again Matt returned and did a very thorough job. From the moment I spoke to both Jennifer and Brennon (owners) they took my concern and panic to heart. This company was one of the worst expertise services. First, they never entrap the animal, and second, they never enclose the entry point. Encompassing the entry was part of the agreement. Third, when they did arrive, they did not know where the animal entry was and did nothing the first time out. Fourth they would not give me time to verify their work "if they even did the work." And lastly, I pay my bills online for traceability, so I schedule the payment after I confirm if the work completed, " which it was not" Because of the US mail service delivery time were not they desire time, they email me to turn me into a collection. Stay away from this company it's a one-sided relationship it only about them getting paid. Here is the attached email (You have an open invoice with us since 10/24/18. It is now 30 days past due. We were very disappointed in the services Stateline provided. While we understood that there were no guarantees that all raccoons would be removed from our property, we paid $500+ for extended services and the traps provided did not stay set throughout the day and into the evening when raccoons would come out. So on most days there were no catches. In fact, the only days that the traps worked were when we reset, and sometimes added bait at dusk. When I complained about this, the only remedy the company offered that was a discount on additional services. Asking for payment for more services without a guarantee that traps would stay set throughout the day is bad business. We would definitely not recommend this company. read more

We contacted this company to remove a squirrel that had taken up residence in our attic. When the guy showed up he scanned the exterior of our house, identified four small holes, and installed a one-way trap that allows the animal to exit, but not get back in. We later found out that you can buy the same thing at Home Depot for a lot less! He was at our home for approximately 45 minutes, refused to go in the attic (HELLO? What business are you in???), and charged us $400.00. If we'd have had him close the holes (our roofer did it in under an hour at no charge) he would have charged us another $400.00. A few weeks later we determined that our squirrel was not gone so we called him again thinking he was responsible. This time he was on the job for about 45 minutes and told us that he "discovered" a new hole, but that he would "discount" the price because he had been here before. He then presented my husband with a bill for $360.00! I then INSISTED that he go into the attic to take a look at the area and he reluctantly complied. He took a few steps around the area, came back down, and told us that he really couldn't see anything. We found Brennon, who is the also the owner, to be a complete fraud and incompetent as an animal control "expert." Whoever you deal with be sure to ask lots of questions BEFORE you agree to any services so you don't get ripped off like we did with this company. read more

Poor communication and animal control service. In nine days they only trapped two chipmunks and two squirrels using several traps. FYI, I'm trapping at least an animal each day by myself with use of $30-50 traps (peanuts and marshmallows as bait) available at your local hardware store. Initial diagnosis by technician was incorrect, then the technician (Brennon) lied to his management about my conversation with him when I called to clarify my need as a customer. Then I was lied to by management regarding the size of traps being used relative to my needs as a customer. Also, FYI if they put out four traps and catch four animals, then you go without traps for 24 hours because they don't carry an inventory of replacements. Then, when all was said and done, I called to document my poor overall experience and I was lied to again by management when I was told daily tracking progress was provided to me - which never occurred. Management also told me that I waited too long, three days, to document my complaint. Buyer beware! read more
