This was ABSOLUTELY FUN!!! The ABC's: 1) Show up on time, and you'll register, where they pressure you into extra ($60) insurance, or you pay $15k "on the spot," if you wreck/damage the car. You don't need the insurance IN MY OPINION, then 2) You attend a 15-20 minute class where the bossman explains all aspects with plenty of emphasis on safety, then 3) your group, as a group, makes way to the track/pit, after the previous group is done & walking back (EVERYONE SMILING), then 4) you suit up, helmet off for pictures of you sitting on the race car door with feet inside for pics, proceed to get inside, put helmet on, an assistant buckles you into the 5-point harness, you put the steering wheel on, then 5) (most impressively) you put "your ears on" by sliding your "spotter radio" speakers in the helmet and follow your spotters instructions for the rest of the race, 6) as you enter the raceway with other race cars (some solo, some ride-alongside), GOING FULL THROTTLE at the explained parts of the track, passing (when given the okay by your spotter), and allowing others to pass (when instructed by the spotter).
