As a 1st time customer, I must say we were overly impressed with the work Darwin & Lori did in our home. We hired them solely based on the excellent reviews you see here and I'm happy to add to that with my own review. We had them clean our tile on the main floor which has never been done in the 12 years I lived here and clean the carpeted stairs and carpet in out upstairs bedroom. They didn't miss a spot, paid attention to detail and even put blocks under my wooden head and foot boards to prevent damage till the carpet dried. These tiles and grout are white again! I like to save money like the next guy, buy never again on my hands and knees with a toothbrush. This is the way to go, and fast!! I just received a thank you post card in the mail too thanking me for my business. It is little things like this that go a long way and make a customer feel special. Don't go with those big companies who send a kid to do the work. You deal right with the owner who answered all my questions himself and did the work with his wife. Small family business at its best! This team did a tremendous job on my living room and dining room carpets. I have two big dogs who were terrified of the fireworks last week and didn't make it outside in time. The dining room reeked! Darwin treated the areas several times and the room is smelling much better. The carpets in both rooms simply feel clean and fresh. They also cleaned my couch and loveseat and they look like new again! It was a very hot day and I was concerned about them going in and out of the house as well as leaving a door open to have a hose running through the doorway. But these guys came with their own portable doorway that allowed the hose to run through with minimal air leakage. The door has a zipper that allows people to go through but again, there was little cold air escaping. Darwin returned my call immediately and was able to fit me into the schedule quickly. They were professional and friendly. Their prices were reasonable. I am already planning to have additional rooms cleaned. Statewide Carpet Cleaning is now my go-to carpet cleaning group! I got my carpets done this wk. We have 3 kids, a dog and a mechanic in the home. So our carpets were in bad shape. Statewide came in and did an amazing job. They are extremely friendly, professional and thier work was perfect. I was very impressed by the honesty as well. Instead of charging me extra for the scotch guard I wanted, he explained it wouldn't be the best choice for my personal carpets. I was very thankful for that. My carpets look amazing and I can't wait to do the rest of the house. They are also by far the most reasonable priced company out there!!! Will never use anyone else again. read more

We just had Statewide come this morning to clean our carpets. It was immediately obvious they were there to do the best possible job. Upon arrival they walked our home asking about specific spots or areas for which we had concerns. My husband works in the printing industry and sometimes brings grease into our home and on the carpet. They did a beautiful job on all of our areas and were able to get up the grease and other stained areas.
