Came back to show the kids this time and they had a blast. We sat row B, splash zone. So up close you can see the performers facial expressions and phew we almost got picked to go on stage. Thank goodness it was "almost" and did it happen lol. This opera theater is just stunning. I would love to stay here one day at this resort. We have a large family and stay at timeshare suites instead for more space and a full kitchen. But we will come back Bellagio!

Dining was also a success--the street tacos, nachos, and ramen were delicious, and our breakfast of muffins, bagels, and coffee was spot on. The staff throughout the resort were amazing, and although the pool was a bit crowded, it was kept very clean. While we had a wonderful time, there were some lapses in room service that need improvement. Unfortunately, our room was not thoroughly cleaned during our stay: the table was not cleared after our room service meal, there was some trash left on the floor, and the bathtub had not been properly scrubbed. There were also plenty of elevators, and they were fast, so we rarely had to wait when heading to or from our room. My only real disappointment was room service. The prices were the highest I've ever seen--I was quoted over $40 for a pot of coffee! Needless to say, we decided to skip room service altogether. First reason this establishment lost a star. Second star was removed because the signage in this Casino is horrendous. There is one arrow for Stadium Swim pointing over to the right side after you've walked in that sends you to heaven. Literally points up to perhaps where the pool might be located, but it is not the path to get there. For anyone trying to get there, walk in and go to the elevator and go to 2. Then you have to take an insanely scary escalator to the top of the building. An employee said it's the tallest escalator in Vegas at 3 stories high. If you are afraid of heights at all, you'll want to request elevator access to the pool instead. The third and fourth star have been removed because my car was taken for a joy ride while I was at stadium swim. I imagine this was because it's a convertible. The man that I handed my keys to asked if I was attending the finale and he must have felt confident he'd have the time for a little fun. My tank was almost completely empty and mileage was increased. I will never park here again.

The heat of Vegas is coming . Let's stay cool . Are you looking to stay off the strip and for a few days they give discounts when you book extra days in a row. They offer natural lighting from the outdoors for the casino. The parking is free here and it's not clustered with all sorts of Las Vegas traffic. It's safer than the strip too. Close to all sorts of things to do and see! It's probably more locals focused and offers around two hundred rooms. This hotel still has that new smell, with fresh paint type of air. The gambling is on point . The sports book is all open ready for your bets. It's unique too comes connected to the George Restaurant and its features indoor and outdoor seating . Wow! And it's not even busy . Again they have a bar called Drink with indoor and outdoor seating too . The prices are lower than the ridiculous ones that's on the strip. Come out and see what's happening with a little slower part of Vegas . Play some table games or try your luck at something other digital game. The black jack tables are low at a ten dollar minimum. It makes it hard with my mom who uses a mobility scooter to get into elevators. Also, they put the good parking spots behind a pay wall so you have to walk quite a bit to get onto the elevators no matter what. The thing that bothered me the most is that they got rid of what made Durango so gorgeous and unique, which is the fact that it had a lot of natural light coming in through both types of the Casino's giant glass doors, now all of that is sealed off, making it look like a warehouse. Obviously nothing to be done anymore, but a completely different feel

No, it wasn't the same as the ones in Venice (I know because I've been in Venice and ridden one of their gondolas), but you know that going in. You're in Vegas so I didn't expect the same thing. I was looking forward to the Vegas version of this classic ride and I got it. Was it over priced? Yes. At the same time you get what you pay for. A fun ride around the camels in the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. There was supposed to be an photographer taking our picture so we can buy at the end, but his camera malfunctioned so we didn't get the shot. This was a huge disappointment as I'm all about pictures and I really wanted the opportunity to see the glamorous shot the professional photographer took and if it captured the. Moment like i had I would have bought it. Fortunately we weren't totally relaying on him. We brought our own camera and took the perfect shot with the gondolier in the background and the bridge when you come out. It was perfect. You didn't have all the busyness of Vegas in the background. I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. Maybe even walk around the quaint streets and have some ice cream after your ride.

For the Hotel/Resort: The basic rooms here are better than the majority of other strip hotels. I personally think its top 3, even a small upgrade here gets you a very spacious room. I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. The chicken wings were especially good -- I recommend the plain, well-done wings; they were spot on. The green beans, however, were disappointing. They arrived later, were soft rather than crisp, and tasted underseasoned -- maybe a little more salt would help. Overall, the place is decent. I would return, but I'm not in a hurry to go back.
