I…read morewent to the hewlett location for a workers comp injury and was advised that the X-ray tech would be in between 6:30pm and 7pm. After waiting until 7:30pm, I was told that I would have to go to the cedarhurst location for X-rays. . I mean talk about incompetency. I was seen by the provider who couldn't tell me anything unless X-rays are done so why waste my time seeing me ??? To transfer me to another location ? Nevertheless, I went to the cedarhurst location and the front desk staff was clueless as to why I was there ‍. I stood and explained why I was there and they decided (?) to see me. While waiting in the waiting room, at exactly 7:40pm, the front desk turn off the lights in their area and the tv in the waiting room because they were not accepting anymore patients . It gets better at 8pm, all the front desk staff was gone while there were atleast 3 other patients waiting in the waiting room. My mind was blown. Literally! I am not sure whose doing the hiring process or what they are trying to achieve but it's sure not patient satisfaction. Who manages these office ?! I manage a dermatology practice and if this is how my staff was, I would've been fired by now.

I tried to be as nice as possible but after my visit I asked for instructions on how to get my results and she told me "there's instructions on the paper-just take one"..... all fine and good- we should all have the reading thing down since Elementary right? Right! For clarification purposes cause, plus the paper says give receptionist your email --- I had the audacity to ask her a question "so can I just have the results emailed to me since I already gave you my phone number?"..... to this the lovely wonderful and truly peachy lady replied "JUST DO WHAT IT SAYS ON THE PAPER" and proceeded with her internet entertainment. I'll leave you to interpret her tone. Let me say tho ... the nurses inside was NICE with just GREAT bedside manners. Since COVID even if I had a bad experience anywhere I refuse to write a negative review. But this lady made me write my 1st negative review of 2020 .....I get that everyone is still coming to terms with the new normal Covid brought. But the healthcare industry is different: 1. They don't have to furlough 2. They don't have to lay off 3. They don't have to do pay cuts 4. They don't have to close down 30-50 yr old establishments .... .... business is booming in healthcare. I explained this was a preventive annual physical, fully covered by my insurance. She stated the doctor refused to proceed without payment and confirmed that this was how they operated. I declined and requested my medical records, vowing not to return. I reported this to UnitedHealthcare, who confirmed this charge was improper and possibly fraudulent. They confirmed annual physical exams are 100% covered and not part of my deductible. This is not the first time. In June 2026, I paid $100 for a surgery clearance after a lengthy dispute. Later, I discovered he billed insurance only $48, though I was charged over double, including a credit card fee. I believe Dr. V is engaging in unethical, fraudulent practices that violate patient rights and put patients at risk. He and his medical staff should be investigated and held accountable. They all are meant to uphold medical practice standards governed by the state, and contractual obligations as indicated by the insurance, they are all complicit in operating illegally and unethically.

I physically went to the location with the bill question and got no answers and the manager didn't call me as I was told she was. Also, good luck reaching them over the phone! It is impossible! Even when they do tests and tell us we will call back with the results they never do! Once again, every single time I have to go there in person to ask for it! Some doctors are awful as well, telling me mu child needs cough meds and I should take one over the counter, after I told her we already went through this and no one of the over the counter help, she sent the referral for meds to the pharmacy and guess what she prescribed, right, the meds over the counter already told her didn't work. We had to go back next day and pay for the visit again! As I said, sick and tired. Time to look for better location.

Kept super clean, well lit and organized, down to the temporary lockers to hold your stuff and temporary waiting areas. Staff was clear with directions/instructions and all things checking in/out, beginning to end. Would consider utilizing this location for any future imagery needs. They quickly send your pictures directly to your Langone portal test results area and were super clear. The tech quality of the images is better then I've received before at other locations. Thay have plenty of covered, but wide open garage parking and automatic doors, elevators, restrooms and such clearly marked making this location accessible for all.

I had a 3:15 PM appointment. I waited in the lobby until 4:15 PM with zero communication about any delays. I was brought into an exam room, had my vitals taken, and was left sitting there for another 30 minutes. At 4:45 PM, an hour and a half past my appointment time, I had to leave. The support staff here are excellent. Crystal was very helpful in setting everything up, and Cheryll at the front desk was compassionate, respectful, and apologetic as she processed the refund for my co-pay. Dr. Linzer, however, was incredibly unprofessional. While I was at the desk, she came out looking visibly agitated. Instead of apologizing for the massive delay, she abruptly demanded to know if I was leaving or wanted to be seen. When I told her I found the wait and the experience disrespectful, she immediately cut me off, cited "emergencies" in an aggressive tone, and quite literally stormed away. Given how I saw her handle this situation, displaying a complete lack of poise and compassion, I am truly glad I didn't receive any medical care from her. I would strongly encourage anyone considering using her as a physician to take that into account. Her time is not more valuable than her patients' time. If you want a doctor who treats you with basic professional courtesy and respects your schedule, look elsewhere.
