My daughter took me her for Mother's Day' Brunch. I was like this a Club! There was a line we got there but we didn't wait long. I was surprised when asked for my ID and search my purse, but the place was really nice and the server was very informative. They gave out a red rose for the mothers. I reserved a section for &, and had two extra guests. The 2 extra guest: for my VIP section were being charged $50/pp at the door when the cover charge was $20. When asking security about the difference in price they immediately got aggressive and it became a "pay or leave situation". For a table reservation paying upwards to $800 - $1000 thats not how you treat your patrons. Then i ordered 4 bottles. Bottle attendants do not continue to come back and service table as we had to continuously run down our server to unlock our bottle. Our table was not prepared for our arrival as we didn't have the proper chaser and ice available. Lastly, we know the liquor laws in NC. Knowing what it is, why not have the self serve shot trays available? Our hostess poured the entire bottle into the guests cups very heavy handed. Even when asked to go lighter it still was extremely heavy handed. For the markup patrons are paying for bottle service let them decide how much they would like to drink. Will I come back to the club again, yes. Will I got out my way to spend over a $1000 on table service again, definitely not. The experience did not match the price. read more

They are really strict with "dress code" I had to change my shoes lol (luckily I had some in the car), they check IDs at the door and purses. But the guy was really nice about it. We had a huge party so the host tried her best to sit us all together or close enough. Me and my friends had to sit at a separate booth but it wasn't too far from the rest of the party. There is a 90 min time limit for the table, so our waitress was quick to take orders and get us fed and out lol. I wasn't mad at her but I also don't like to be rushed when we were with a party of people. I got the cheesesteak omelet which was okay, it was salty but not a lot of other flavor and the potatoes were not crispy and lacked flavor as well. My friends fried lamb chops she said was really good but the grits needed some salt. My favorite thing I ate was the spinach dip with crab (not pictured). I absolutely love spinach dip so I ate that bowl clean. My bf got the jerk bbq wings and those were honestly really good as well. They were spicy and flavorful and had a good bit of meat on them. I decided to go to brunch here and attended with some other ladies. As soon as we walked in, we were amazed at how beautiful it is. We were greeted and helped immediately. Once seated, our waitress was amazing, giving suggestions and making it hard to choose one item because everything sounded great! She brought us a Mimosa Tower and it was delicious! We went on a Friday night at around 845. With no reservation. We were told 30 mins. I think it took about 15 because they opened up the patio and started seating people there. It took about 25 mins to get a server to us. You only get 1 hr30 mins at the tables... So that was concerning. They reset the timer when we expressed concern. I'm not going to lie service was slow all night but our waitress was nice and I'm assuming just slammed so we didn't get angry. Just be prepared for a wait. Wings were good, I got the hot honey, lemon pepper, wings, breaded, and a house salad. I also got a couple shots. Bill was 50+. Definitely gives club vibes... It turns into one. Plenty of parking and is handicap accessible. This location was the venue for the charitable event "No Flavor Left Behind" by the well-known YouTube, and IG Chef Mr. Make It Happen. The procession to enter was a little hectic but flowed well once we were inside. The hostesses were cordial and energetic and were giving good vibes. Small hiccups on what I reserved for my main entree but it was not a big deal since all of the food items of each course were fantastic. It was super busy but Chef Matt and his co-chef made sure to go to each table and greet patrons and thank them for attending. Merchandise was available for sale and they even had raffles. Unfortunately, we didn't win anything but left with satisfaction. This location has tables for two, bar seating and booth seating depending on the size of your party. There is alcohol served here and the drinks were on point. TV are in abundance if you choose to come here to watch the game or any other popular event. Take heed that this venue can be rented for family friendly occasions but foolishly someone brought their infant and was turned around. Always check in advance to avoid driving back home in a whole mood. If in the area, I would revisit this location to explore more of the menu. Had Sunday brunch with the girls at Stats and I can honestly say this was definitely a day party. Folks celebrating their birthdays, dancing enjoying hooka; oh yes and DJ that was "On Point" added to the all the way live atmosphere! Now the down side was the food took a long time to come to the table and the portions are smaller than they used to be. Just an FYI there is a two hour table limit so once you get your food, don't get too comfortable because they will kindly let you know that you must vacate. It's been a while since I've gone to a restaurant and everything was perfect. STATS has done that for me. Every single person working there was kind and helpful. The space, which I hear is newly renovated is beautiful and spacious. The hookah, which I admit I can be picky about, was smooth and long lasting. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. I had to get the Catfish and Grits. The grits were the perfect texture (not too thick and not too loose). The Catfish was double battered, so there was that satisfying crunch and the middle was meaty. The fish was perfectly seasoned and accompanied the grits well especially with the crab meat and sauce. My best friend said I HAD to get the Spinach Dip, and now I'm saying, YOU HAVE TO GET THE SPINACH DIP. Every detail was on point in terms of freshness, flavor, and quality, even down to the chip. To drink, I ordered the Prickly Pear Margarita. Shoutout to the bartender, for real, because they have perfected this drink. To top the experience off, the DJ was doing his thing! This is a late review for Sunday brunch. We tried to make reservations in advance, but there were none available. When we arrived, it was a 1hr wait for a table. I'm so happy we only had to wait 30 minutes for a table. Once we sat at the table, we ordered brunch. I ordered Steak and Eggs. The steak was 12oz, which is a good portion. I tried a Jerk BBQ wing; it was delicious. I ordered a Dusse Smash drink, and it was delicious. I didn't see any brunch drinks on the menu. However, people sitting at the bar had brunch drinks. Our waitress was Jo. There was a very long wait for food and drinks. The venue should offer cornbread or biscuits while you wait. When the food came out, it all didn't come out at once. When I wanted to get a second drink, it took forever to come out. When it came out, it was the wrong drink. I would prefer to sit at the bar in the future. The venue is a sports lover dream. As my friends walk up, a SECOND petite "security guard" with Locs chimes in and says he has a wand so there's no need to touch me. I say... well tell him that? But, he then starts to mansplain that by law they have a right to grope women to get access to a night club, so I say... "please don't mansplain to me.you can just wand me." STATS is a club/lounge/restaurant in north Charlotte. We went on a Friday around 7pm for context. You will be searched to enter the restaurant, even though going just for dinner. The place is large and open but very dark. The staffers were very pleasant and service was solid. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed with the food I ordered. I ordered wings and asked them to be cooked hard and crisp, they came somewhat crisp on the outside, but not fully cooked on the inside. I ordered the spinach dip with seasoned crab on top. It was decent , and I think that was due to the seasoned crab topping. Honestly, I nibbled on everything, I didn't finish either of the dishes. I ordered a strawberry lemonade (they didn't do mocktails) which was decent. I will also mention that the music during dinner while we were there (from 7-9:30 or so) was really good. They played 90s R&B. We were able to chat over the music. After 9:30 it was club time, and music became super loud. All good, because we were done with our dinner by then. Over all, my opinion, I recommend for a more social atmosphere, mix mingle and drink, not so much for a good meal. Was looking for a R&B brunch, saw a flyer on IG for the Dj's birthday brunch celebration. Arrived about an hour into the event, was greeted by a gentleman outside who checked IDs and purses. So I'll start out with that they had a 2 hour limit for a table. Note with Parties of 4 or more there is a 19% gratuity. Came on a Wednesday for a party of 7 everone had an entree and at least 2 drinks to start a piece. Our waitress Shanae was amazing and if ever suggested this place I will suggest her. I'm trying to figure out if there clientele is people that want to be seen or will spend money. I hate it that they place time limit and it will be the reason I don't come back. I and my friends are the type of people with will eat and drink, dance, drink and smoke hookah, do shots and drink and eat some-more. We add more tip onto the suggested. This 2 hour limit kills the vibe for the people that will spend. We had various orders of oxtails, shrimp pasta, lamb chops wings, chicken fingers and fries and veggies. We had people at tables that order a drink an appertizer, those are the tables you impose a time limit too. We saw tables open for times on end and that were still open when we left. I hope that this places reexamine the policy. Maybe make your tables limits during peak time for parties of 4 or less and if they are ordered increase the time limit. I came here last night with a friend of mine for their Super Bowl 2024 Watch Party and we really enjoyed ourselves! I don't live in Charlotte, but my friend does and I visit quite frequently. I've heard a lot about STATS, but haven't been able to visit before now so I was glad to get the chance to finally go, especially for such a fun event. We got tickets the day before on Eventbrite for $20 so I was pleased with the price. We also called earlier in the day to see if they were doing the full menu or a special menu and they were doing the full menu. You could still pay at the door I believe, but I'm not sure how much it was there. We arrived around 5:15 and there was a line to get in, but the party itself didn't start until 5:30 and we didn't wait long to get in. STATS has recently been remodeled from what I was told and I thought it looked GREAT! It was spacious and aesthetically clean and pleasing to the eye. I loved the screens everywhere and the colors. There are booths all around and no table seating, but there is a large patio with seating and a separate bar outside. We ordered our food inside at the bar and then ordered a drink while we waited for our order. The food order didn't take long at all, especially with the amount of orders being submitted. I was really impressed with the timing and quality of the food. I ordered the Cajun Alfredo with Chicken and my friend ordered the Slammin Salmon with rice and peas and mixed veggies. My alfredo was DELICIOUS! The flavors were great and the sauce was good. Sometimes you don't get enough sauce, but this was perfect and not overwhelming. My friend got rice, but no peas and she said her salmon was a little salty. Drink prices were reasonable as well and good. Later in the night we ordered more food: 8 piece Honey Hot wings and a side of fries. The food came quickly then as well. The bar was packed, but they were not behind on timing with anything and that was truly impressive. We wanted to order the Honey Hot Lemon Pepper wings, but sometimes lemon pepper can be salty so we decided to just stick with Honey Hot and I'm glad we did. The wings were good, but a little salty so I'm sure lemon pepper would've been too salty for our liking. The fries were good, but very salty. That would be my only complaint is too much salt on the food, but other than that I enjoyed everything and will definitely return again! read more
