The young lady I spoke to the day was not very nice or friendly and kept me on hold for 20 minutes. It was not appreciated. There are some good doctors there still but the service is not the same.

Hard to find doctors who truly care these days and Dr. Desai is a gem. She's so gentle, my kid barely cries during his visit. Love her.

Before finding her, I was intentional in my search... I wasn't just looking for a doctor who was clinically excellent, but one with genuine bedside manner who could educate both my kids and me. Most importantly, I wanted my daughters to actually enjoy going to the doctor, not just tolerate it. Dr. Wilson and her team at Lighthouse Pediatrics have delivered on every single one of those expectations. She is phenomenal. Even after relocating about 30 minutes away, I still make the drive because the relationship and level of care she has built with my girls is simply irreplaceable. I cannot recommend Lighthouse Pediatrics highly enough.

HOW DO YOU REFUSE TO SEE A CHILD!! Refuse to see my daughter on a scheduled day that I took off…read morework and thunderstorm. Arrived a few minutes after a so called grace period that was NOT outlined in the documents or email. I called prior to arrival to inform and explained my daughter needed to been seen asked for the doctor to be consulted to see if there could be an accommodation. The practice manager said she cannot be seen, I asked is the doctor refusing to see her he said no but she will not be seen. Mind you there were no patients in the waiting room. DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CHILDREN. Mind you I had an incident before this when they called months later about a $6 balance but initially told me I had no co pay. I asked can I call when I get home to give my payment information because I was driving. I had to pull over because they threatened to send you collections if I didn't pay right then and there. Who is running off of six dollarsss!!! UPDATE: I am updating my review to clarify inaccuracies in the office's response. My child's appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM. I was parked at 3:40 PM and at the front desk at approximately 3:43 PM, after calling ahead due to a thunderstorm and traffic lights being out. My GPS arrival said 3:40pm which I disclosed so the constant fabricated stories tell a lot about not only an individual but a business and what they would do for an image. I also had to wait briefly to be addressed upon arrival. The confirmation email (attached) does not clearly disclose a strict grace period for this type of appointment, yet one was enforced with no flexibility. I specifically requested the latest appointment available and made every effort to communicate and arrive as quickly as possible. Although this was scheduled as an annual visit, my child had changes and symptoms that I expressed I was concerned about prior to arrival, making it important that my child be seen. Despite that, we were refused care. While in the office, both the receptionist and practice manager were dismissive and rude. My personal space was also I invaded and he stood over me when I expressed concerns and asked for them to speak with Dr. Wilson directly and ask if an accommodation can be made as I do have concerns. And to add... Dr was with a patient but no one was in the waiting room, so if she wanted to accommodate she could have. Never did I request for her to stop seeing patients. I asked for her to be consulted in between patients to see if an accommodation can be made. Additionally, during a follow-up with my insurance provider, I was informed that the office expressed dissatisfaction with my review and indicated I should not post one and would need to find a new provider, which was concerning and not communicated to me directly at the time. At the end of the day, policies are one thing but how you treat parents and children matters just as much.

Dr Bataille is hands down the best from my experience but all the doctors treat your baby like a human vs a widget. We also got our babies ears pierced here which felt better than some kiosk in the mall. We had breastfeeding issues in my babies first few months so the Dr was understanding yet firm in making sure we were clear that what's most important is the baby eats. For the first time my baby had a high fever and I could tell had something more than a cold. They got me on the same day I called and confirmed a double ear infection was the culprit. A few days of giving her antibiotics took care of the issue. To have the peace of mind that my baby is in good hands is all I can ask for from a doctor.

And she was true to her word for years. Fast forward to today and this group now has multiple locations. And instead of caring about their patients, they are now extremely corporate in every way. You don't always get to see a doctor. The front desk staff is borderline abusive and their attitude scream not only indifference but also disdain. They act like they're dealing with you from on-high. Like if you don't like it, so what? We don't need you. Anyone who wants to be treated like a human being who deserves basic common courtesy should run (not walk) to another healthcare provider. SMH.

The longest time I've spent "waiting around" is in the waiting area when you first walk in and that was about 20 mins. Instead of listening, she repeatedly responded as though I were demanding medication even if the tests were negative. She would not listen when I tried to clarify what I was actually asking. The entire interaction was extremely frustrating and unpleasant. How can someone this unprofessional be allowed to care for pediatric patients? She did not even understand the names of my child's medications, repeatedly talked over me, and ignored what I was trying to explain as the patient's parent. She then walked out visibly irritated and proceeded to speak disrespectfully about me to another nurse loudly enough for both my child and me to hear through the open door. This behavior was completely inappropriate, disrespectful, and unacceptable in a pediatric healthcare setting.

Parking is free and right there outside the clinic. Dr. Rodbell is thoughtful and very up-to-date on all his data, and Alma (the NP) is very efficient and really good about coming up with customized plans for our child. They always respond quickly on the portal, and we have multiple times been able to reach one of the two providers by phone on the weekend with questions ranging from true urgency to just general reassurance for first-time parents. They have done quickly scheduled sick visits both in person as well as on telehealth depending on convenience. They have easily connected us with outpatient lactation specialists, imaging studies at CHOA, and other ancillary services. On a less objective note, you can tell they really care deeply about the kids they take care of and enjoy watching them grow. Sometimes the appointments start up to half an hour late, but that's because they always take the time to really hear you out and address everything. And we haven't had that kind of delay the last few times. Anyway- as a first time parent, I would strongly recommend this office.
