She was very thorough and accommodating. The front desk staff are great too! Very friendly. When our son was born, we were able to schedule his 1 week check up pretty quickly and met up with Dr. Desoutter. She was very friendly and we felt very at ease with her. She answered all our questions and we never felt rushed.

And he has the gall to say we are in paramedical fields as if somehow he is above us, we are healthcare professionals not paramedical professionals, learn the difference. This gorvy guy is Laughable he's a pediatrician for goodness sake not like he's a well renowned cardiologist or neurologist he's kind of on the bottom of the totem pole as far as MD's go so he should learn some humility. My newborn was born with breathing difficulties, he didn't once check his breathing or his chest or heart, pretty much a second rate doctor if you ask me. Would not recommend. Going to find a doctor who knows how to properly examine a newborn next time. Recent visit was a total waste of time. And he had his son shadow him who he said is in med school, anyone who knows anything about medicine knows you shadow before med school not during. If you're a resident you're hands on he was not. So that was a lie on his part. And to bring an extra person into the exam room that shouldn't be there is unprofessional when dealing with a newborn baby with a reduced immune system and who was born prematurely. Not impressed at all with this Gorvy guy avoid find a real doctor who knows how to examine patients avoid that guy especially.

We only waited about 10 mins past our appointment so that's acceptable. I don't think I've ever been seen on time at any doctors office. She gladly answered my questions and provided thorough answers. The waiting area has a TV and some toys, books, and coloring material. One side is for "sick" kids so make sure to sit in the right section. The rooms are spacious and clean as was the entire facility. It's located in a building with a church and a CPA office. It looks like a large house so I passed it the first time. I thought my visit was very pleasant so I'll be using them from now on.

You go straight back to a room and all the MA's are very sweet and front office staff are very kind. The only issue I had was my appointment would be moved to a provider without telling me and that was something I addressed and then never had the issue again.
