This lodging is situated in the heart of the Naples, Florida community, and we stayed there a few weeks ago. We had reservations for like a week and we truly enjoyed everything during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The facility was very clean and well maintained to the highest standards. They have a happy hour with snacks in the afternoon, which was a nice treat. Th pool and hot tub was very clean, lots of room in the back to hang outback with family. Staybridge Suites is in an awesome location if you need to be in North Naples. You are very close to the beach and some shopping. The hotel is somewhat dated but the beds were comfortable and the rooms relatively large. This is also a pet friendly place for your pooch. I was going to skip the hotel breakfast but it was really decent and offered a great variety so this came as a pleasant surprise. read more

We were not expecting much. The kitchen is super tiny. Besides that? Clean and spacious stay with excellent breakfast every day that is included. Parking is included. There is laundry available, also free to use the machines! The pool area is nice. The water is a perfect temp. The only bummer is people smoke in the pool area. I didn't enjoy breathing it in. I'm going to give my stay here 4 stars. The price was right for our 8 night stay. From check in to check out we had no problems with our stay here. Our room was clean, we had plenty of parking, we had quiet neighbors. A few FYIs that I enjoyed: Free dinner Mon-Wed is a great bonus. It's not a 5 star steak dinner but if you're on a budget like me, or if you have kids, it's a huge money saver! The breakfast was hearty, pool was clean, fitness room had everything I needed, and staff was super professional. Free washers/dryers! Who has that?! Staybridge does - I used them twice this trip. Kitchen and Dishwasher in the room were helpful as we cooked a lot of our meals. I'd stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering a stay here! read more

For the price, and location near the public Palm Pass park and beach access, this is a terrific find. In reading the reviews about the roach problem from the Spring/Summer of 2019, we were a bit wary, so we called the hotel to talk to the manager. They were quite up front about the issues that they had in the past and shared that they had undertaken efforts with exterminators and deep cleaning over the latter part of the summer and they believe they had been successful, so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed, as the common areas and our room were very clean and we didn't encounter any of little critters during our stay. The facility is for longer stay guests, and while we were only partaking for a few nights, it definitely had a community vibe. The outside Tiki bar is poolside and featured daily specials/happy hours. Since this was the Winter (January) there were a number of snow birds and retirees who all seemed to know and enjoy one another's company. So the social part of staying here was nice too. As described by other reviewers, the breakfast served was quite nice with lots of hot and cold options. All -in-all, with the roach problem addressed, the hotel feeling clean and well maintained and the amenities, we would definitely be back again. read more

We really enjoyed our 3 day stay here in Naples. The suite was wonderful with all the amenities to make it comfy ! The breakfast buffet was very good. All in all it was a perfect stay. We had our fog with us. There is a $75 fee for one to seven days for a dog, but as we were there 3 days, it wasn't so bad. My only suggestion is that they should put more hand rails in the showers, There is only one to step in and out of the shower, but you have to step back to the middle of the shower to be hit by the water and there is nothing to hold onto. It is problematic for us seniors. We would absolutely stay here again. read more

Found a roach in my room this morning after I turned the light on. Don't turn off your light at night during your stay or you may get surprised after you turn them on. Wash the glassware in the room before you use. Found a glass with something like roach droppings at the bottom. Great location, good price, nice staffs and great pool view from the 4th floor, however I'm very disappointed in their cleanness and housekeeping. read more

I've seen some rather recent pictures (3 months ago) that don't really do this place justice. Apparently it was recently remodeled. Hotel: conveniently located, close to many shops, close to many local restaurants (mom and pop places) as well as chains. Common areas are clean and nicely kept. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Suite: my hubs and I stayed in a King Bed Suite. We had a full kitchen (small stovetop, full fridge and freezer, small dish washer, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, utensils, etc-everything but an oven). The living area was separate from the dining area. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Never had housekeeping so I can't comment on that. We had a very quiet stay, no noise complaints from neighbors, pets, etc. Our room had central a/c so no loud wall unit. Other amenities: Small pool but very well maintained. Tuesday-Thursday nights they have a "social" with free light dinner and drink specials at their outdoor/poolside chickee bar. Hot breakfast every day. Fitness room. Laundry room (the use of which is free to guests, you just need to purchase detergent/softener/etc). Negatives (very minor ones-negligible even) : Our room was towards the back of the hotel and the closest elevator was out of service. We were told it would be fixed soon but never did during our stay. Considering they have a pool and are close to beaches, i would have liked more places to hang our wet towels. All they provided is two hooks behind the bathroom door. The hooks are short so they dont hold the towels well and they dont dry well in that location. Overall, we had a great stay. Would definitely stay there again. Would recommend it to anyone. Didnt stay with pets so I cant comment on their policies for that. read more

This place pretty much rocks - we've been staying here for about 15 years. Rooms are clean and modern. Continental breakfast is amazing with all the works. The only issue is there are a lot of kids and their parents don't watch them. It's off putting to see the patrons collecting mass amounts of food to take back to their room- clearing out the food making several trips. People should understand a Continental breakfast isn't for you to feed you family for the entire day. Shameful to the classless people who do this. There are not words but not the hotels fault. It does explain the $30 increase in the room rates I'm sure. The chickee bar at the pool is so nice, but can be loud if the room overlooks the pool. The beds are not the most comfortable, but I sleep on a foam mattress at home so it may not be a fair comparison. The hotel employees seem to be long term employees, which makes a huge difference because the hotel is maintained pretty miraculously. I'm sad they stopped serving the ice tea in the lobby, that little touch kept me coming back. We didn't go in the pool largely because of the large influx of rowdy kids. We love the Staybridge overall and will likely staycation but moving forward probably not on a weekend. read more

My stay on staybridge was amazing, the staff was more than helpful, the rooms very spacious and clean, the pool is great and has a bar and even though the pool closed at 11pm they let us stay over, the breakfast was amazing!!! Good hotel for the price. It has free breakfast, free dinner, and complimentary wifi. The food on said breakfasts and dinners is..edible. But hey, for the price of on the house, you can't beat it. The rooms also come with a kitchen, coffee, tea, and a free popcorn bag. It's not The Ritz but I think if you're on a budget and like free things, this is for you. I will start my review by saying the hotel staff is great and I will stop there. I was in Naples for a business trip for 6 days for the largest corporation in Naples and the entire time during my stay I would wake up to roaches in my room. When I stopped past the front desk I told the person at the front desk that I wanted to change my room due to the roaches and you would not believe what the person behind the desk asked me. I was asked if the roaches are in the kitchen area smh that response let me know that they are aware of their roach problem. I will never stay at this hotel again and I made sure to let the travel department at the company I work for that they should stop putting their employees up in this hotel. I can see why my company is building its own hotel here in Naples. Sadly I am unable to post the pictures I took of the roaches. read more

I recently had an opportunity to stay at the Staybridge Suites Naples and the experience was wonderful. The hotel is pet friendly, as I have a small dog, but all sizes are welcome. We stayed in a suite that had a queen bed, pull out sofa and fabulous kitchenette with a dishwasher. Large bathroom and vanity space. The rooms are well clean and well maintained. The lobby and common areas are welcoming and the complimentary breakfast gives you a wide variety of options. Friendly and courteous staff ate on hand to help with anything you need. For anyone needing to stay for an extended period, will feel welcome and at home. read more

The hotel is great. The bartender, great. The desk associate was THE rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. I was outside with my family enjoying the evening by the fire pit when the front desk agent Walter came outside rudely interrupting our conversation saying "You guys are screaming you need to leave now I need to shut this pool down now you need to leave, another guest complained about the noise level, get out." Didn't even let us speak, we werent screaming what so ever, and the manner in which he spoke to us was very rude and condescending. I'm disgusted. We are paying guests just like the gentleman who complained about noise. Instead of coming out and just letting us know we were being a little loud and if we could take the noise level down, he came out extremely inappropriately. Thank you for completely ruining our evening Walter. Don't pay to stay here and get treated the way we just did. Go somewhere else. read more

It is a very good hotel, especially if you are in the same situation as me and you will be on lodging for more than just a few days. I have king size bed room that has a living area separate from the bedroom. The living area has a descent size kitchen with a counter to sit and eat... a comfortable desk to do some of my work... and a nice sofa with a TV & DVD player to relax... then the bedroom also has another TV and DVD player. If you have a pet... they are pet friendly... which in my case I don't like because you hear the dogs every so often barking... but usually nothing that really bothers me or wakes me up... The rooms are clean... however the furniture and carpet are starting to look a little run down... but it also depends on which rooms you stay... some are better than others. The pool area is very nice for relaxation... assuming is not full of kids... but this is also the smoking area... so I almost never can really enjoy my time there because it seems there is always someone smoking. But I guess if you smoke you'll have a great time. The bar is also located in the pool area and they have happy hours and even free drinks during the weekdays... On Tue, Wed, Thu they also have dinner from 1730 to 1930.... I have eaten a few times and is good.... especially if you just want something light and retire to bed early... if not there is a small shopping center right next to the hotel that has a Italian restaurant and a Chinese restaurant at walking distance... the shopping center also has Publix and Walgreen's.... so it is very well located. I also have to mention that their daily breakfast is very good... it typically has fresth fruits, eggs, breakfast meats, yougurts, milk, breads, fresh oatmeal, juices, etc. The staff has always been good to me... and I have never had any problems with the rooms I've stayed in. Additionally they have plenty of parking... even for people pulling trailers... They also have free wifi... you just need to get the code at the front desk. The only reason I did not give them a 4 is because the fitness room is lacking some weights... especially a dumbbells rack... they do have cardio equipment... but if they had at least a good dumbbells rack I would've given them a 4... Right now I am just paying weekly to go across the street to Naples Fitness Center (walking distance also)... read more

I just want to take a few minutes to let you know that your general manager (Tracy Neumeyer) did a great job making the best of a bad situations. We booked some rooms through a third party vendor and confirmed that we had 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa when making the reservations as we had 3 adults not related to each other and when we checked in the first night we did not arrive until after 10pm and all of the other rooms were taken - the only one remaining was a handicap accessible king with a sleeper sofa. She brought down a ton of blankets and found a foam mattress for the night. The following two nights she switched us to a two bedroom with a king and two double beds. She was pleasant through the entire process and did her best to make sure that we were happy with our stay. You should be very happy to have such a great employee running your hotel - kudos to you for hiring her. read more

I was highly impressed with this hotel after staying in it for 10+ nights. We arrived late (had called ahead) and was worried that we wouldn't be able to check in because we thought the reservation was in our other party (in another car about 30 min behind us) but turned out it was under our name. Yay us! After asking if we could get an upgrade we did not only manage to get that (upgrade on new years, pretty impressive), but we also got it for free! It was SO much better having a room with a bedroom so that we could put our daughter to sleep in the crib and have her in a separate room from us. I loved the space and the amenities. Loved that they had a laundry room that guest could use for free. The pool was popular during the day and the bar at night. They offer free food, nothing fancy, but it does the trick. So did the breakfast - although the same - every day. Free coffee all the time (sometimes it was a little cold, only complaint). I have nothing bad to say about our stay. There were no noise or no smells anywhere. The only thing that I might complain about is that there seemed to be some mold in the bathroom above the shower, don't know if it was but I would look that up if I were the management. Also, the water pressure wasn't the best but we got good pressure in the shower and the kitchen which is basically all that matters to me (the shower at least!). I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone visiting naples. read more

Pros: I think this is one of my favorite hotels ever. The kitchenette is well equipped, the room is lovely, and the people here are fantastic. I love the salt water pool too! Free laundry is a HUGE bonus too, and breakfast is included. The cons that I've experienced so far: The bed is a little hard and the pullout is very poor quality. It gets stuck going in and out and you can feel every spring when you are laying on it. And the end where your head should be is lower than the foot. So it makes you a little inverted. read more

Free hot breakfast was extremely basic. Fake powdered eggs and a typical waffle machine that all of the cheaper chains use. Juice was very watered down. The hotel smelt odd since there were people staying there for months on end and cooking on the out dated kitchenette. Lots of foreigners seemed to be staying there. I do not recommend. The photos shown on yelp are rather deceiving. I've included a real picture of the rooms. The bed spread is disgusting and outdated. The rooms are not updated and have old wall AC units that are loud and musty. You get what you pay for but don't expect new bedding or towels here... Perhaps some of the rooms have been updated as they show in the pictures, just not the one I got? I will say that the staff was extremely friendly and great though, the hotel just needs updating. read more

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Staybridge Suites in Naples, FL. While sitting at the fire pit, an employee (Walter) approached our group and very rudely accused us of yelling and told us we can't do that and that he was closing the pool so we had to leave. When I tried to talk to him to explain that no one in our group had been yelling, he again was extremely rude and while walking away only said "I can't deal with this, you have to get out".. then he approached the others in the area but spoke to them calmly allowed them to stay. In fact, they are still there almost an hour after he told us he was closing the pool area. I approached him at the front desk and asked him why he would treat us that way and he acknowledged that although he did not witness the group being loud, he was "rattled" by another guest and could not deal with it. I have NEVER been so insulted and felt so disrespected in my life. I would warn anyone thinking of vacationing here.. stay away!! read more

This is a great value priced hotel. Ask for the AAA discount. Also, plan to eat breakfast every day here and dinner here Sunday through Thursday. Also, you can do use the washing machines to do your laundry for free. You must supply the soap. The beds could be replaced, but this propertyis a great value. I made the mistake of reserving a room at the Staybridge Suites in Naples, FL. We booked a room with two double beds or a king bed. When we arrived they gave us room with one queen size bed. When we asked to be moved to the room we reserved with two double beds or a king bed we were advised this would be an upgrade and we would have to pay the difference. We have stayed at other Staybridge hotels in other cities and they were amazing so we were very disappointed with this hotel in Naples, FL and the way we were treated by the staff. We stayed here for 7 nights. For the price, it was awesome!!! Free breakfast everyday. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays they give you a free light meal, along with free beer, wine, and soda. The outside bar is really nice...loved it! The rooms were really clean and updated. It is really close to the beach and the hotel gave me beach chairs to take with me. However, for $8 can also rent chairs on the beach. We will definitely stay again when we come down for our next Naples vacation! read more

We stayed here recently for a week during a renovation project, we have cats and this is a pet friendly hotel so it worked for us. The location is great, the hotel is very clean as are the rooms. Kitchen facilities were a pleasure. They had free hot dogs and hamburgers one night that they stood in the rain to BBQ and they were delicious. The free breakfast was good as well. Lastly, the staff is great, we had a WiFi issue and they were all over it until it was resolved. We would stay here again anytime. Outside pool and area were a delight. read more

I had a one night stay, just passing through and chose to stay here. Staff were wonderful and accommodating of a bad situation. Our AC was leaking all over the carpet, so management upgraded us to a two bedroom suite without a second thought. Not necessarily needed, but sure made me feel like a queen for a night! I would suggest upgrading or at least replacing the pillows on the couches as they were pretty torn but other than that I'll be back again! read more
