I used this company on December 9, 2020. When I called Marvin Priester, on the phone, he quoted me a $100 an hour. I thought that was pretty reasonable, so I hired him. Whenever I do business with a contractor, I always take notes or I have them text or email me the quote. I wrote down the quote but I didn't receive anything in writing from him. He waited outside my house for 30 minutes in a Cadillac with his worker. It took them an hour and 20 minutes to complete my work. I had several pictures to hang but it was an easy task because the pictures were light. After they completed the work, he tried to charge me $400, saying he had a 4 hour window, but he didn't mentioned that to me on the phone or in writing. He threatened to call the police on me, like I had done something wrong, when really he was trying to bribe me out of $200 more dollars. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional before. I should have let him call the police, but I went ahead and paid him $300. I think had my husband been home, I don't think he would have tried to bribe me for $200 more dollars. So people be careful when dealing with this company, make sure you get everything in writing. read more

Marvin was a delight! I am a designer and contacted Marvin on a project in the Dallas area for his help in hanging several pieces of art and placing some heavier objects. He is wonderfully efficient, kind, courteous, respectful and diligent. He worked very hard every minute he was on our project and was not satisfied unless we were. Marvin is great! I recently moved to Dallas and just didn't want to hang my artwork yet again. It was so easy to schedule a time with him that worked for both of us. We used Marvin to help hang our curtains. He had no supplies nor a ladder to help with the work. We had to supply him with everything including tools. He was extremely rude to me and my wife. He had a very bad attitude from the start and I should have stopped the job. After threatening us, we paid him. We will be taking this up with Yelp and the local authorities. Amazing service! I called asking about hanging my tv's and they said they could help the next day at whatever time worked for me which was late in the evening. Marvin was extremely friendly, helpful, and overall professional. He hung up two of my tv's in no time, exactly how I wanted them. My studs are metal beams too which caused him no problems. Very fast response time! I had 2 large mirrors to hang, and they were able to arrive within about 2 hours of my inquiry. The work was done quickly and professionally, and they even took into account our young son in the bracket type used for one of the mirrors (just in case).
