He advised me to get a structural engineer out there, which came out in two days he offered to credit the price of the structural engineer against whatever I would spend with him if I chose him, which I thought was cool I felt like he really educated me about what was happening with my foundation and although it always sucks to have to get your foundation repaired, it was probably the easiest possible experience I could've imagined. It only took them a couple days to come out. They were there promptly at 7:45 AM. They put five lines into the bedrock around the corner of my house. They were done before noon. They communicated that morning letting us know they would be here at their allotted appointment time. They called again to tell me they finished one job early and would come early if that was acceptable and it was. When they got here Jesse took the time to explain the process they would be working. They went through a questionnaire to make sure they had our approval. Once we OKd the project they began the work. It took them about 2 hours and they began the work immediately and were professional in every aspect of their project. They worked like a well trained team and completed the work to our satisfaction cleaning up everything when they finished. Once they had completed the work we checked everything they did and were extremely pleased with the work. And the sidewalks that had sunk about 2-3 inches were perfectly level and looked like new. Both my wife and I couldn't be more satisfied. Would recommend groundwork's to anyone needed cement leveling. Plan on using them again for a cracked driveway.
