Slovak was my installer and he was top notch attention to detail very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job installing the floor. The floor is super tight as in no squeaking when I walk on it as it's a floating floor. They helped me to avoid repainting my walls by suggesting using 1/4 inch plywood to help raise floors so when he reinstalled baseboards they were high enough to avoid full paint. I just had to do some touch-up in a couple areas. Super happy with the job they did! Also Slovak the installer did a great job on cleanup after each day of all the sawdust in my garage and driveway from cutting the floor pieces! Many companies claim to have good customer service and quality work but Silverado delivers on those promises. We have a "vintage" 1948 bathroom that presented some challenges. While other contractors refused to even consider it and recommended a complete gutting Silverado worked with us to integrate the new shower in our retro bathroom. Their installers work for them and are not independent contractors. Abel was amazing. They take care to create as little disturbance or mess as possible and pay attention to all the details. There was a plumbing issue (old house problems) and Abel spent the time to solve it correctly. We worked with both Larry and Glen setting for bids and material and both were wonderful. Larry even stopped by to check on the progress of the project. As for the product itself, all of the materials are top quality. You can find cheaper alternatives (BathFitters, premade surrounds) but the quality of both the materials and install can't match Silverado. If you are considering it I'd highly recommend a visit to their showroom. The end product is beautiful and the best part--no grout cleaning ever again!!

If you want more detail, read on. I scheduled an appointment with this company three weeks before the install date. I provided in detail what I wanted for my home and my yard. I even texted and emailed pictures from the previous year. I informed it was a "straightforward job" and received a quote, via text. In the text, I was informed the yard lights would have to be assessed on the day of the install but would be anywhere from $75-$150 extra. Roger calls on the afternoon of the day of the install and tells me he needs to push it back to the next day due to being busy. Calling the afternoon of the day of the installation to cancel was unprofessional, yet I agreed to reschedule. The following day Roger calls after he has arrived at my home. He provided no notice he was on his way. I was not home but turned around and arrived home in less than ten minutes. Roger tells me he did not have any information on what the job was supposed to look like and never saw any pictures. This is silly as I texted it to the same phone number he had been calling and texting me from previously. I also emailed the pictures. If he didn't know what the job was supposed to look like it made no sense why his crew had already begun installing lights on my house, which I immediately informed him were the wrong color. I provided Roger with the SAME pictures I had already texted and emailed him. He stated he didn't have the multicolored lights I requested for a tree on the side of my home. Roger said, "I don't know, I could just wrap it in white lights or something." For this one skinny Juniper tree, which was approximately 12 feet high, he attempted to charge me $150 for ONE tree...with the WRONG lights. I was informed verbally and by text message (from his number) the lights in the yard would be $75-$150 total. Roger attempted to hustle me because his crew had already started the job. I instructed him to remove the lights and leave. In summary, Roger canceled on the afternoon of the install, arrived on the rescheduled date with no notice, started the job allegedly with no information and the wrong equipment, then tried to hustle me for more money on the spot. He didn't even take accountability for anything and tried to put it all on his employee, Angel. Don't bother with this guy.

This resulted in cabinetry that could not fit the space. I was blamed by the owner, but because all information was corresponded via email, the owner messed up the order and it was glaringly obvious. After several emails back and forth I was promised a check amount in refund. At no point did the owner measure the space, walk me through the plans and details, nor said they were sorry for screwing up. I am supposed to get a check refund when they return on the 2nd. If done, I will change my review to a 2 star review. Be careful folks.

David and Vicktor arrived on time, they measured, took detailed notes and were incredibly knowledgeable, plus they were able to do the work in our crazy timeline. They had their quote back to me that evening, which is what they'd promised. After receiving the other quotes and experiencing the professionalism of Remont Construction we decided to go with them. They painted the entire interior of our home and did a great job. At one point the painters painted one of the bathroom ceilings the same color as the bathroom (yikes), after telling them I didn't want any ceilings painted. I called Vicktor and he made sure it was fix with no fuss or strings attached, and it looks great. Remont refinished our hardwood floors and extended the hardwood into the dining room after removing the carpet. They also removed the carpet and old tile in our bathroom, laying beautiful new tile perfectly. We also switched out all the old bi-fold doors for sliding ones, Vicktor's team painted the doors the same color as our trim and did an amazing job overall.
