This place and gig harbor flowers by the bay are one in the same. They are awful!! The flowers hardly last a day or two. They used an actual canning jar, not the vase they're supposed to use. Always cutting corners. Probably discounted flowers nobody bought when they were fresh. They left an expensive bouquet in the sun on my porch, no box no protection. Didn't even knock. Luckily I opened the door and saw them before they were completely ruined. But had to struggle with that as I'm mobility on a knee scooter at the moment. I just want people to go elsewhere. I know nothing about this woman other that she is unhinged and in possession of my personal information, and she's taking out her anger on me. There is a reason I am publicly stating this. PLEASE CONTACT ME! Worst flower delivery order experience ever! I will never recommend this shop to anyone. Christy yelled at me and berated me for complaining that the picture they sent was not even close to what I had ordered. She told me that "the words I used for the bouquet I ordered doesn't even exist, because she searched and couldn't find it". Very nice experience ordering flowers online for the first time. They were delivered locally to Fox Island and exactly on time as ordered , plus I received a texted photo of the floral arrangement prior to them going out in case I wanted to make any changes, which was very appreciated to get that preview. I actually immediately called in and made a request for more color please in the arrangement, something I should have communicated better in placing my order initially, , which was accomplished wonderfully to my satisfaction. The arrangement was fresh and beautiful and the service overall was excellent. I would recommend them to my Gig Harbor friends and family. read more

Their website is super easy to navigate. They called me the next day to ask about options for the arrangement due to a lack of white flowers. They gave me options and were super nice. I called Williams flower and gifts to give them a second chance, I did not call the Gig Harbor location this time. The first time I used Williams I was sorely disappointed. First they "lost" our order this was for graduation in 2022 in Gig Harbor. I thought okay busy weekend for them I'll try again but a different location, still owned by Williams. I called and specifically asked if they deliver same day and if they deliver to Virginia Mason in Seattle. The woman who answered my call said,yes they do but for same day I would have to go with "designers choice" I told her ok. I told her it was for a birth and it was a boy. They sent me a picture of what they were to deliver for $102 it was NOT at all in the realm of a baby bouquet. I called them and told them what they "designed" looked like a get well versus a welcome baby. The customer service person was rude, snarky and just plain non caring. She said, well what do you expect and it's designers choice. I agreed to designers choice but also believe they should design based on the event. She put me on hold and then said what do you expect. I said an arrangement that fits the event. They then sent me a lovely picture of an arrangement based on the event, I gave it a 5/5. A while later I get an email saying they couldn't deliver it. I called the same snarky lady again, and asked what happened and when can they redeliver. No phone call just an email! She then told me Monday, I said not acceptable as births are generally out within a day or two max, I ordered on Saturday morning. I then noticed they were trying to deliver to the wrong hospital location. Had I not called I would not have been told they were trying to deliver in Federal Way! I then tell snarky lady they're trying to deliver at the wrong Virginia Mason location. She then barks at me that there are several which one, and I tell her in Seattle, NOT Federal Way! She starts listing all the OTHER Virginia Mason locations. Ah geez seriously, the website SPECIFICALLY LISTS DAILY DELIVERY TO VIRGINIA MASON IN SEATTLE! Finally had it said, you know what cancel the order and have a manager call me, she says and I quote,"I'll put you on the list" hmm doesn't that say a lot. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS. Shame on you Williams! read more

Let me start out by saying I'm a retired florist. I owned two Teleflora shops. One in Portland and one in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The photos I posted were of the Christmas arrangement I sent to my mother in assisted living in Gig Harbor that were delivered by Williams Florist. They look like a child with no floral experience arranged them. To say I am sad and embarrassed is an understatement and I feel ripped off. The flowers in water was what they sent after I called to complain. They aren't any better. They may be fresher but there is no style to the arrangement. I've also sent a note to corporate Teleflora with my concerns. My advice to anyone reading this is to never use this florist. I'm sure my mother will be telling her friends in the facility the same thing. read more

Ordered a Sacred Duty Spray for my uncle's Catholic funeral mass at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church in Port Orchard to be held on 4-10-24. Mass was at 1100. Paid the extra $35 delivery charge because it was before 1200. Flowers showed up while the priest was 15 minutes into the mass at 1115. A week later I called the Gig Harbor location to complain about the service and was told that I would be called later. No call. I called a second time and was told that I would be refunded the extra $35 delivery fee. Never happened. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. read more

My experience with Patty (I believe), who took my call, was outstanding. She was compassionate, patient, and very informative. I am in Delaware, and wanted to support a Gig Harbor business, by directly calling a local florist. (Somehow Tacoma location fulfilled the order). The store texted a photo of the arrangement, for approval. It was balanced and well designed, full of fresh and vibrant colors. Always wilted or dead flowers after only a few hours. Even with fresh water these arrangements never last even a day. Plus they're stuffed with all kinds of cheap greens. I think they're accustomed to serving the funeral industry where the flowers don't need to last and so they use old product. read more

Horrible experience from this location. When I called to see what the heck they thought was ok with sending out a horrible bunch of flowers, I reached the silverdale store. The nice lady there fixed my order and immediately sent out a replacement and the flowers were beautiful. NEVER order from this location, the florist is atrocious. My husband ordered these for my birthday. $100.00 ! The bouquet is the worst design I have ever seen. He asked for roses and hydrangeas plural. We get 8 old white roses and one hydrangea. The vase too simple and nothing hiding the old stems . Hydrangea has wilted and it is only day one. They delivered late. No creativity went into this. It was stuffed with ferns and flat on one side so it only showed from one direction. Ribbon? It was wimpy and off color. I could have spent 24.99 at Costco and had a voluptuous creative bouquet. I have used this florist 2x through 1800flowers.com. DO NOT USE 1800flowers.com! The first time was Mothers Day 2012. I ordered for my mother in law and a separate order for my wife. My wife's flowers were never delivered. My mother in laws flowers were delivered to the wrong address. They will say it was all fixed. That answer completely misses and obfuscates the reality. Yesterday (2/13/14) my wife was supposed to receive a LARGE order of flowers for $129 plus chocolate dipped strawberries. The strawberries did not arrive (not this florists issue). The flowers were the equivalent of an arrangement you could get out of the cooler at Albertson's... for $30. Cloudy water (from sitting around for days) & all! DO NOT USE 1800flowers.com! It is poor quality. It is poor value. It is just a total rip off. Don't waste your money. Go to Albertsons or Safeway. read more

I tried to give the local flower shop business during Covid 19, but I would have done better sticking with Pro Flowers. I called to place my order for Mother's Day flowers with Williams's on Tuesday for a Friday delivery, but the flowers didn't actually arrive until the Monday after Mother's Day, leaving me scrambling for the leftovers at Fred Meyers over the weekend so I wouldn't be in the doghouse with my wife. I called their customer service three times, and each time, it took them 5 minutes to find my order and each time, they lied to me. On Friday, when I didn't receive the flowers, Tara said they would arrive on Saturday. On Saturday, when they still hadn't arrived, I called again, and they said deliveries were late due to traffic in Gig Harbor, but promised they would arrive that night. Still no flowers. On Monday, when William's returned my call, I just wanted to cancel my order, and they agreed. That night, the flowers arrived, a small and unimpressive arrangement for almost $100. The roses I bought at Fred's for $20 were nicer. I was never refunded. Save your money. Pick another flower shop. read more

I have used this florist several times since our move here 3.5 yrs ago and they have not disappointed me. Actually, they have gone above and beyond for me. Once, I made a mistake and forgot to pick up an order that was needed for that evening. They were closing shop and a lady called me on my cell and waited after hours so I could pick up my order. She was smiling and friendly and met me at the door. I felt terrible and she was just so kind and professional. Another time, I wanted red glass for the hurricanes I was ordering and they only came in clear. The ladies made several phone calls and put time and effort into finding red glass hurricanes that I wanted. The arrangement was beautiful! I was given the privilege of ordering flowers for a coworker who had just lost her mother. The office trusted me to do a good job to represent the sentiments of all of us, and was given full reign on what to order,, "just get something really nice" said one of the doctors I work for. Knowing the recipients likes and dislikes in flowers, I went on 1800flowers and chose a beautiful bright colored arrangement with a special sentiments book. Trying to order it online took me to a different page. I decided to place the order over the phone. They told me that that arrangement wasn't available in my area, so I elaborated and told them exactly what I wanted. Red, orange and yellow flowers, and gave them the order # of the arrangement that I really liked. I wanted the highest priced arrangement. It would be delivered tomorrow to my home so I could get them to her. When the flowers were delivered, it was a yellow and white arrangement. Much smaller than I expected for $70 plus delivery. It wasn't the colors or size I expected, so I called 1800flowers. They used Flowers to Go to fulfill the order. I asked them to read back to me what the notes said and they clarified what I had ordered. Flowers to Go assured them the flowers would be picked up and replaced for what I had ordered, and to leave them out on the porch today. When I picked the arrangement up, petals were already falling off the roses! i hadn't had them for a full day yet! By 7pm, after I knew they were closed, and they had not come to do an exchange, I called 1800flowers again. I ordered them on Tuesday, the disappointing arrangement was delivered Wednesday, and Thursday night, it was still not resolved and my coworker still didn't have the flowers. They said they would call the florist and see what happened. I told them no thank you. After delivering the wrong, small arrangement with no book, I gave them another day to rectify the mistake. They failed miserably and I learned a lesson. 1800flowers is crediting the CC and are emailing a $20 coupon to use with them. I went to Safeway, bought a huge, gorgeous vase, 5 large bunches of flowers in the perfect shades, and only spent $70 with no delivery fee. She'll have the gorgeous arrangement I put together in the morning. Lesson learned! read more
