We did the highest tier here and it was still a good deal. It's all you can eat but there are some premium items only available for one order per person. The rice to fish ratio was a little funny but in a good way. It was a really tiny amount. Food came out pretty fast as well. Sometimes they would forget 1 or 2 things but it wasn't too bad. One of the premium items was a wagyu skewer and it was so tough, it did not taste like wagyu at all. I'm not sure if it's one of those fake wagyus, but definitely overcooked. The skewers werent my favorite. I liked their rolls because the orders come out 4 at a time so if you have a group you can try out a lot of different rolls without getting too full! We originally planned to come here the day before but unfortunately we forgot to monitor the yelp waitlist. by the time we realized, around 6 pm, the waitlist was 3-4 hours long and they would have closed by then! Vegas is a little out of the way but I'm definitely coming back here every time I'm in Vegas!

Shout out to Ryan Nguyen, who is very friendly, thoughtful, and attentive. He gave us good recommendations and works with efficiency. Very fun to carry conversations and does his magic to arrange your orders perfectly. Ask for him if possible! There are various items on the menu for everyone even for kids or ppl don't eat seafood or raw food. We are party of 4, catering to option C $48 p/p and we all agree sushi here is mediocre. Robata is better. Just note that everyone at the same table needs to order the same tier. Kids above 8 years old are considered and charged as an adult. Most of the orders are nice, but all the sauce is on the sweet side (a bit too sweet for me) but kids love it. Overall their sauce and broth is very salty. The only thing disappoints is oyster, not tasting fresh. All the robatas are delicious, especially the salmon collar and eels, very juicy and buttery. Make sure you let them know if there's a birthday, the staff will sing and play the music for you.

A friend and I checked the spot out and boy was it worth the wait. The staff were very friendly and made sure that our food kept coming. We were seated at the bar top and could see the sushi being rolled and the food flying out of the kitchen. The place is smaller, but staff were working to make sure that folks were moving their way through so that other guests were able to sit. The place was clean. This should be on your list to try! The cheapest option was 28 and it was plenty of options for us.

Great value and everything was delicious. We went with the B tier, and I thought it was the sweet spot. The jump in quality from A to B is pretty noticeable, while the difference between B and C felt much smaller. C mainly adds a few more beef options. A few honorable mentions: the grilled salmon collar was probably my favorite dish of the night, the oyster was gigantic and surprisingly sweet, and the beef skewers were really tasty. The staff was really friendly, and everything came out quickly. The ambience is very lively, there were 3 birthdays celebrated this day and they had music play on the big screen for every one. The complimentary ice cream was a nice way to end the meal. I left feeling full and satisfied, but not uncomfortably stuffed.

Absolutely delicious AYCE skewers and sushi (ramen as well, plus other sides like tempura and fries etc). I cannot stop thinking about this place! The fish for all the sushi was so fresh and melts in your mouth. The skewers?! So juicy and so easy to bite. It's an AYCE tier system and we did the middle tier and there were plenty of options for everyone. The sushi rolls take a bit to come out but it's sure worth the wait. The waiters are on top of it coming around to get orders (no limit to how much you order at once, but keep in mind there's a fee if you don't finish) There's a bunch of tables but I would recommend getting on the yelp waitlist prior to coming! It gets pretty busy inside as there's a time limit to order but it's a cute date spot or just a casual hang out! We're definitely coming again when we're in Vegas next time!

Overall, this is a solid AYCE sushi place. I think what sets them apart is the fish to rice ratio in their nigiri. Fish quality is about average to other AYCE sushi places. Our favorite bites of the night were the seared cajun albacore carpaccio, yellowtail carpaccio, eel nigiri, scallop skewers. The worst item was the uni - worst uni I have ever had in my life (best description of the flavor is that it felt like I was eating the foot fungus from a fisherman who was out at sea in his rubber boots all day long; uni should be slightly sweet and custardy!). Make sure to join the Yelp waitlist ahead of time. Lots of parking in the plaza. Staff were nice and friendly; service was good.

Visited 888 Sushi & Robata for lunch on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and overall it was definitely worth the visit. The inside is super cool with a massive LED screen playing a tranquil garden scene that gives the whole place a unique vibe. The sushi was really good with tons of creative options and a huge variety to choose from. We were originally told the wait would be around 2 hours but ended up getting seated in only about 30 minutes, which was a nice surprise. Our server was also great throughout the meal. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the food came out very slowly and kind of randomly, which made it hard to keep track of what we ordered and whether we'd end up over ordering. It's not really a round by round AYCE system, you just keep ordering as your stomach sees fit, so timing matters. Still, the menu is massive, creative, and absolutely worth checking out if you like sushi and robata.

Join the waitlist through Yelp if you can as the line for this spot can get LOONG. The first time I went, their waitlist was over 4 hours, so I went to a different spot. Fortunately, I remotely joined their waitlist the next day and was able to get a spot in 1.5 hours. This AYCE spot offers sushi and skewers. I thought that the portions here were good, flavors were great, and that they had so many options. Truly enjoyed it. Service was quick.

Immaculate vibes. Great quantity and quality of food. Shoutout to our server Sean for the great service and great humor/personality! First meal after landing and it slapped! Jumped onto the Yelp waitlist for a party of 2 ~6 pm and got seated ~8 pm. Got the highest tier menu (menu C), and for 48$/pp, the uni itself was well worth the menu upgrade! Can definitely see why some items on the menu are one order per person items. They were too good that I wanted more! Had recommendations from a friend to avoid the carpaccio, so we mainly ate from the nigiri and skewers menu. Decent fish-to-rice ratio, where the nigiri was mostly fish compared to rice. Honorable mentions: - Garlic Tuna Nigiri ~ Super flavorful in sauce and garlic chips that pair well with lean tuna - Black garlic sesame Beef Skewers - Truffle Parmesan Beef Skewers - Soft Shell Crab ~ fried into nice and airy pieces with a great crunch. Very crispy, but not dry. NOTE: highly recommend getting on the waitlist 1+ hours before dining, especially during peak hours, as wait times could be brutal if not planned ahead. We got on the waitlist at our hotel, and explored around the shopping malls before heading over for dinner. All in all, worth the hype and worth the wait! Bangers were played and prepped us well for EDC. Vibes were definitely matched.

BEST SUSHI DEAL OF MY LIFE!!! My group of 15 had to call two hours ahead to secure a table, because this place is packed but it was so sooo worth it. The inside is nice and cozy with a wooden sushi bar upfront and a decent number of tables. We tried the most basic ayce menu for $28 and got to eat so many delicious skewers, sushi, and rolls. My favorites had to be the bacon wrapped enoki mushrooms, the mango salsa salmon carpaccio, and the garlic tuna. ALSO, the fish to rice ratio on the nigiri is INCREDIBLE VALUE! The quality is top tier and the ayce price is an absolute steal. You get free soft serve ice cream included too at the end of your meal. I will be coming back here, no doubt

Came in around 1:50 with a reservation placed at 12:30. Our server was Enzo, he was great and quick at getting us our food. Elite server right there The quality of the ingredients were decent! They don't overload your sushi with rice, so it has a great ratio of fish/meat to sushi rice. Everything took 3-10 minutes to come out, and they're on top of bussing your table. We ended up paying 285 with a beer and soju added for a group of 5. Highly recommend the carpaccio, oysters (no fishy smell, elite), wagyu skewers, and hide in the bush. A few things that weren't the best was how we got removed from the queue list. Luckily we had a second person also in queue to hold in case and were 2 minutes out. But I wasn't sure why they would tell us to text/call but no one answers if we do that. The uni and niku uni were okay, despite only getting 1 per person. Seemed like it would have a better taste expectation, but fell flat. My least favorite was the yumyum scallops, didn't have much scallops/was pretty mid compared to everything else. Highly recommend this place though, itll hit that sushi craving for value. And definitely have a backup reservation in case!

888 sushi and Robata is located on Paradise just north of Harmon on the north east side in the commercial center. Came here for a birthday dinner. The place is absolutely bananas to get a reservation and get into. Super difficult, as they're always busy. So be warned, plan in advance/ Seated at a table with 10 diners, it was a big party. We ordered a ton of rolls and sushi and let me tell you, there wasn't one bad thing that came to the table that we ate: the flavors and the freshness were absolutely incredible. Fresh rice, fresh fish and absolutely bursting with flavors. 888 sushi is one of the best sushi places I have ever eaten, hands down. Great service, quick delivery times and just an incredible dining experience. A must try without a doubt.

We picked the most expensive one. After we ordered all limited items, we were so full. I think this was the very good deal. Wagyu and Uni sushi were delicious. This restaurant is always super busy. I recommend to go early like before 5pm. The table was a big enough for 3 people. It isn't a big restaurant but they don't arrange the tables too tight. So it looks spacious.

Do they have weekend pricing? Is everyday the same pricing tiers? Like Friday lunch price?

One price everyday, three menus to choose from.

    What is the dress code?

No dress code but wear stretchy pants. You will eat a lot

Do I cook my own food?

    Yes

Do they still have desserts included or no more?

Ice cream is included but more desserts are available for purchase

    Are Reservations needed?

They don't take reservations but you can use the waitlist on Yelp. We moved up the waitlist faster than expected and Uber took longer than expected. We called & notified the restaurant that we were on our way they very kindly kept our place on the… Read more

Can they accommodate big groups like13 people?

I would love to try some of these options but, I cannot stand eel sauce. Do they come with it or am I able to ask them to withhold it?

I would definitely ask if they would accommodate your request and omit the eel sauce. You'll need to tread lightly, lol. On the day that I went, their eel sauce was thick and goopy. I'm not crazy about eel sauce, either. The dishes with eel… Read more

    Single diners ok?

Yes. They have bar seating if you don't want a table.

Does everyone at the table order from same category? (A, B, C) or can some order from the different category (A=$28, B=$38 ot C=$48)?

Everyone has to order from the same category. I guess this is to prevent sharing higher value items, which makes sense.

Do yall still offer us a tablet for us to order from or no 👀?

    Yes

How does the ordering work? Do you do it from a tablet and how much can you order at a time?

There's a tablet but the waiter still comes in to check on you. I honestly don't think there is a max unless you order a ridiculous amt at once

    Solo Diner ok?

Yes. Definitely. Atmosphere is live and bustling. The sushi bar is inviting and less wait time.

I have a family member who is allergic to Nori (seaweed), do you serve rolls with soy paper?

As of 7/29/25, they do not have soy paper. I don't care for nori, but found plenty of food other than rolls to fill me up! Especially recommend the garlic tuna nigiri, spicy tuna tacos, spicy garlic edamame, and crispy chili chicken.

What's the difference between the three tiers?

Higher quality items. The higher you go you have waygu and better fish items.

How much are kids age 4-9?

    50% of the adult price

I could not find the price here. Is this place all you can eat?…

Yes it's AYCE. There are 3 tiers. $28 $38 $48. Refer to their website for descriptions of each tier.… Read more

Helllo, can we make reservation for tomorrow Sat 4/5?

Maybe if you have a big group. You can also join the waitlist.

    Do they allow solo dining?

Yes. I've seen someone eating solo.

How do you order? Do you mark on a slip or tell the server what you want?

Tell the server! They will keep checking in and see if you wanna order more

Do they have any time limit to eat?

Yes, they have a 90-minute time limit to dine at the table.

During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.
