I ordered an Oreo shake, but instead of the creamy, Oreo-filled treat I expected, I was handed what was essentially a vanilla shake with a light dusting of Oreo crumbs. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! Order a burger thinking "butter burger" is a normal burger (like if you go to Culver's and order a burger, it's called butter burger) with only cheese, bacon, and tomato. It comes out and has onions and a thick glob of white stuff. Take a bite, spit it out, right as someone was walking by asking how it was. Tell them it's disgusting with a huge glob of white nastiness, they say they'll make another one and take receipt. Some rude lady comes over saying that's butter, we show her the thick glob and she's like mmhmm... walks away and doesn't give receipt back, nor makes another burger. My wife and I ate at this location today, and the food was great, but the customer service was terrible. You have to use a Kios to order your food, no cashier, no personal customer service. You have to scan your bar code from your receipt to be able to get your drinks. I saw people struggling to use the Kios. They did have an employee helping the ones struggling but a customer shouldn't have to struggle to get their food or drinks. What happened to true customer service? I used the app to order and pay for my food. The app says to park in a marked spot and that my order will be out in 10 minutes. I parked in a spot and waited 15 minutes without anyone bringing my food. I called the store and they said I need to come thru the drive thru. This location is pretty consistent. I've dined in several times. Service is not particularly quick or outstanding but it's not bad either. It's a pretty good value - pretty cheap burgers that are decent quality and pretty tasty too. Drive thru can take a little while but is a convenient option if you want to pick something up, and quality is definitely better than other standard fast food burger places.
