There were plusses and minuses. On the plus side they did a great job of cleaning our furniture and rugs. On the minus side they were difficult to work with. The person who came (I'm sorry that I can't remember his name) talked to us about replacing our rug pad. My husband spent a minute thinking of getting it from somewhere else but we decided to go with Steam pro replacing it. When they returned with our rugs they didn't have the rug pad. The gentleman who had suggested it in the first place said he didn't know if we really wanted it so called but then didn't leave a message or send a text. I asked him why not, explaining that I don't pick up for unknown numbers but would have answered if he'd left a message. He didn't have an answer but said he'd come back a week or so later with the rug pad. They come back and lay everything down without asking if that's exactly where we want it. They start putting the furniture back and I say, "Wait, can we make sure it's right?" He says, "This is where it was before, I have a picture somewhere (that he can't find)." I say, "Okay, but regardless of where it was, let's make sure it's right for now, an inch this or that way." He refuses! (I still can't believe this). Yes, he refuses and starts going on about how they're not movers and they won't move my furniture off the rug. I want to point out that we were next to them the entire time waiting for them to ask us if this was the right position but they just started putting the furniture back. And we had to ask them to stop! They had not completely put it back on. Then they said they were doing us a favor (!) by coming back a second time anyway. I said, "but you didn't bring our rug pad." He said, "You didn't actually order it." I said, "then why did you tell me you called me to double check if we didn't order it?" He had no answer to this either but insisted that he was right. Then, I'm embarrassed to say, my husband lost his shit and told them to leave and that he'd do it all himself. I apologized for my husband and calmed everyone down and this guy goes off on, "I don't know how anyone works with you!" We've never had a problem before and were only trying a new rug cleaning company because we wanted to see if they'd use a different technique on our couches and rugs. This was literally insane. I've never had an experience like this. I'm bummed because I did like the job they did on our rugs and furniture but I can't for the life of me have that person in my house again. read more

I would recommend this company to friends and family- we had a great experience, and the couch looks brand new. I, personally, thought it was a bit pricey but I didn't do much research on competitors so who knows. I have a 3-seater plus chaise lounge couch and the estimate was $280 (which was the final price). My rug was returned late, it was supposed to be returned on a Thursday and never got a call so I called in Friday asking for a status update and that's when they informed me it was taking longer than anticipated, which fine, but they should have proactively communicated this instead of me having to call them. Once it was returned I noticed that there was a new stain on it, when I asked the guy about it he said I was already getting a discount ($40), and I said yes that was for it being delivered late not for the additional stain. Then on top of that I can still see some stains on it (those we did cause, mostly my dogs having accidents). Overall, probably won't use them again or recommend them as I don't feel like the $500 spent were worthwhile. read more

I hired SteamPro to clean some heavily stained upholstery that included silk chairs with heavy stains that they didn't guarantee would come all the way out because of the material and a heavily stained daybed and they did an excellent job in removing the stains. A few stains were left on the chairs but that was stated up front because of the material but the majority of all the staining on all the upholstery was removed. They arrived on time, gave the estimate when they arrived, cleaned as they went and were very professional and friendly. I will definitely be using them again. I have used the once before to get some blood out of the carpet and they were very good at getting all of the blood out although it took two times. This time I contacted them because my dog had urinated in the living room and the smell was overwhelming. They told me they could get the urine and smell out. The solution had a very strong smell so it was a few days before it left. Once the solution smell had faded, I was able to smell the urine again. I contacted them to tell them that the urine smell not been removed and asked if they would be willing to come back. Their only response was that their technician said they the correct solution and they would not be returning. I had to pay them over $300 because they have a minimum it was completely wasted and now I will have to contact another carpet cleaner. I would not recommend them again to anyone. read more

I am so disappointed with this service I thought my couch would be completely cleaned after paying over $1100 and then them being here for two hours only for me to shampoo it a couple days later, and find there is still dark dirt coming out of it. The service was way over priced and also did not even halfway work. Honestly if I should be issuing a full refund after this. A few days later I called to schedule the carpet cleaning in my dining & living room areas as well as master bedroom. Eric was able to come in a few day's time & his communication with me was excellent. He even came 1/2,hr. early. He took his time thoroughly cleaning each area & I am very happy with the results.
