They promised to get rid of the smoke smell in my upholstery and $800 later nothing changed. I was assured they would take care of it over the phone. They were at my apartment for an hour (which seems a little too quick in my opinion) and told me to wait 6 hours for everything to dry. I noticed immediately that it still smelled and when I texted he said to wait until it dried. I waited and after it dried it still smelled. He then blamed it on the rest of my apartment even though I already had a maid service come clean. I ended up going through a different company and they were able to help me! I want a refund but the owner of the business stopped replying to me! You can't promise customer satisfaction on your website then completely fail to follow through when you didn't do what you promised. I'm out $800 dollars and I'm really upset. I submitted a request on their website, and within 5 minutes my phone was ringing. This was at the end of the day on a Friday, no less! Johanna was extremely friendly, polite, professional, and explained every detail about the process, gave a detailed pricing estimate, etc. The cleaning technician arrived right on time (5 minutes early, in fact) and was also very courteous, and professional. He walked the area, did a calculation based on square footage and gave me the final estimate. My carpet is over 10 years old and has never been professionally cleaned. I told him I didn't expect a miracle from a visual point of view, I just wanted them clean. He jumped right in and WOW, the difference is bonkers. I have short Berber carpet, which is apparently easier to clean, but I cannot believe I didn't do this sooner. My place is small so it only took him about 90 minutes start-to-finish, but my entire place feels so much fresher. I'll definitely be hiring them again in the future to maintain the clean. Although it took a few tries, in the end this company did a good job on our carpet and tile. Both were long overdue for cleaning and we needed service quickly. Avi obliged and sent someone the next day. We did not inspect the job immediatrly, but once we did, we found the carpet cleaninng to be quite inadequate. The tile job looked better, but there too there were spots that hadnt been cleaned well. We called the company and Avi immediately sent a second technician who was simply excellent. He completely redid the carpet, which with the exception of an old pet stain that we were peruaded could not be entirely removed, looks almost liike new ( the carpet is 25 years old!) SteamPro did such a great job cleaning my area rug which was reeling of dog urine. I didn't envy them having to carry it out but they did and actually washed it 3 times because that's what it took to get the smell out. When my dog did it again, they came out for a spot treatment! They also sell mats which was really convenient because I had to throw the old one away because it smelled too. They moved the furniture to get it out and expertly replaced it under the furniture without me lifting a finger. Also, they came the day I called and had the rug back within a few days! Very grateful we found Ben @ Steampro to steam clean our office carpet after Diamond Carpet Care closed shop. Steampro was more pricey than the old service but I could immediately see why after he finished. I could also smell the immediate difference too. Our carpets were never this clean before! I used this company to clean a high end RH Truffle couch that my kids have absolutely destroyed. After the couched dried, I noticed the same stains and discoloration in my couch. I immediately reached out to the owner/manager and to share my unpleasantries with the service. Fast forward to 5 days later and speaking with 2 different people within the company, I still have yet to be followed up with nor have they came out to rectify the situation. I contacted another company and they came out and not only cleaned my couch but my rug for $270 verses the $400 I paid. They would not refund my money nor did they ever try and fix the situation. Brought my area rug in for cleaning since our new puppy had peed on it a few times. When I came back to pick it up it still really smelled, like stank, of urine. The guys told me that they didn't smell anything and I looked around like I was being punked. It reeked. They said they would clean it again but that the underside of the carpet is very hard to clean and retains smell. Ok, well that's a problem that they didn't mention at the start when they charged me $250. I left the rug again for them to clean and basically the same thing happened when I picked up the second time. But this time the owner was arguing with me that they 'did the best they could'. To clean a 10ft sofa it was $300. The gentleman and owner who scheduled the appointment was very kind. Unfortunately when the sofa was cleaned the employee of steam pro said our sofa was not dirty and this is more of a sanitation. I was confused as to why I paid $300 for a sanitation. The email upon booking stated they will clean the fabric. After he was done cleaning he didn't remove any of the stains on the sofa. I then called the owner for a refund and to discuss and solution. The owner refused to refund my money and was raising his voice on the phone. This was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional encounter.
