Rob and a crew of 4 showed up the day they said they would. These guys got up in the attic to re run my new pipes on some of the hottest days I have experienced here in Florida. They went above and beyond with everything from start to finish. They installed a water softener / filter as well as a Moen Flo shut off valve and took the time to help me install and set up the Moen Flo app. Their pricing was extremely fair, great service, and a job well done. I can now sleep at night not worrying if my brittle CPVC pipes are going to burst in my newly remodeled home. Thank you Mike, Rob and the crew for an amazing job!! UPDATE : I wanted to update this review to mention that after the plumbing inspector came the plumbing inspector asked me who I used as a plumber and he said it was one of the neatest and professional jobs he has seen and he would use them personally. I called the office at 9:30 when no one had arrived and I had received no call. There was no discussion of an arrival window. It was 9 a.m. Britney the schedule checked GPS and said she didn't know why he was so late but that he should be there shortly. He arrived at noon. He got started. At one, the problem was still not fixed, and I told him I had to leave in 30 minutes to pick up my son. He got testy with me. "Didn't you get my text that I was on my way?" Yes, but I was on a call and it wasn't until 11:30. Then he blamed Britney for not calling him to say I had called. (hmm). So he left the auger in my bathroom and left the toilet off the hole. He came back in the morning, and charged $750, saying the pipe was clear. That night, I went to take a bath and the but would not drain. This morning, I called Britney to say I need him to come back and she said sure, he'd be there at 8 a.m. Then at 4 p.m., she calls and says the owner of the company just told her that tomorrow all their plumbers have to be on site at a commercial job so Mason can't be there tomorrow (Thursday), or Friday or Saturday or Sunday and he'd be back on Monday. I told her that this would now be a week that I've been working with them to get a tub to drain. A week! I asked for a refund. She said she'd ask the owner.
