First, the male doctor who excised my cyst from my left jawline permanently BOTCHED my face, I also paid like $1,000 for that. So thank you Goodman, for charging me to butcher my face. I have had an issue now for a year, where cysts pop up all over my body and Amy couldn't figure it out, the PA Macy wouldn't refill my script after swabbing it, and sending in Amoxocillin since it was indeed bacterial, and today the infection has spread all over. I have moved between states, and she could've easily refilled it and I wouldn't be covered in cysts right now. The phone systems have gotten worse, and worse, and worse. I used to be able to get an appointment same day, someone on the phone within 2-3 rings RINGS (NOT BUTTON PRESSES AND HOLD TIMES). They really need to just ditch that stupid phone system, it's trash and keeps the customer from ever getting any help or anybody on the line. THANK YOU GOODMAN. Dr Louie at the East Cobb Location, is the only dermatologist that has value at these practices. And has been surgically accurate and not caused any scarring. No one else though unfortunately.

This is unethical at least and probably illegal. I have worked through every available channel to try to resolve the bill that I have received, including many phone calls and a detailed letter sent to the Alpharetta staff and medical director Dr. Papadopoulos, and they truly do not care and refuse to correct an incorrect/unethical bill for to retain a long-term patient.
