The owner is happy to educate his customers on types of coffee , roasting and brewing techniques. Came in yesterday after church for Turmeric Lattes and a snack. We had a delightful chocolate croissant and fruit pastries, but sadly there were no almond croissants Thankfully I ran into the owner and chef, Derek, and put in a special request for them today. He obliged and we arrived this morning just as they came out of the oven! They are massive, beautifully laminated with the perfect amount of frangipane. Looking forward to flying home with a few to share back home in Austin, Texas! The interior is super cute and uses old boat parts for the register and seating options.
