This dentist office has won several "Best of" awards from various news papers and periodicals over…read morethe last few years for good reason. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and Dr. Weigand is kind, personable, and great at what he does. I have a wonderful experience every time I go in. Dr. Weigand uses state of the art equipment to identify problems early, and fix them quickly. He frequently utilizes lasers in his practice. Obviously it is at the doctors discretion when it is used so no promises on having this technology used on you, but for shallow cavities the doctor was able to use a laser device to remove and fill the cavities without having to numb me. It was awesome! Instead of being in there for an hour and not being able to eat for the next few hours, I was in and out in about 25 minutes and had nothing preventing normal eating or drinking. There was a cold sensation associated with the use of the device but there wasn't any pain. I'm sure the experience can differ from person to person and cavity to cavity, but it was amazing technology. While he is a bit on the pricey side, if you have good dental insurance I would highly suggest seeing Dr. Weigand. The time and care that is taken to ensure your mouth is in good health won't leave you disappointed.

I found this office on YELP with now reviews and then went to Google and made my deciding factor when I saw they offered 65.00 full X-ray and first time visit consultation. On my arrival they gave me nice first time visitors gift and a dental goodie bag to take home! First I want to give a huge compliment to what I would call a truly amazing staff ! And Dr. Bryan Hill kudos to you. Thank you for calling me the night before my appt personally to say hello and introduce yourself what a nice caring touch. Now won't get into details about my dental history it's complicated. But fears of having work done was met with such kindness and compassion that I have to mention. This office has a "comfort menu" which I'll post that is a caring touch especially for patients like me. I enjoyed my hot neck roll and the jaw comfort pads. My exam was very very comprehensive and the cleaning was exceptionally comfortable and trust me ! Shawana you rock ! Overall I'm sure you can tell I can't say enough about that staff with several members having over 20 years dedication to the practice! I'm over 25 min drive but it was worth it and I'm so glad I found my new dental home ! Thank you everyone and great coffee station in lobby.

When I politely raised a concern, the…read moredentist responded by yelling at me and telling me I was wrong in front of other patients and staff. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. Medical professionals should be able to discuss issues calmly and privately. Instead, I was made to feel embarrassed for asking a simple question about my own care. I will not return and cannot recommend this office to anyone who expects respectful treatment.

I'm going to be honest, I wasn't too impressed... My FIRST impression of the office (From the…read moreoutside) was old, beat up, disheveled... the neighborhood does NOT feel safe... then inside, it smelled "old" / stagnant... the books (on the coffee table) were VERY old (80's???) and everything was / just felt very OLD / Not Modern / Not Efficient / Not 'Unkept' Office Staff seemed -superficial- (No 'depth' to them). The dental room they took me into was SUPER (I mean, EXTREMELY) cramped... TINY... and it was dark / stagnant (It made me want to jump / crawl out of My Skin...... Then I met the doctor... he seemed 'sharp' (Minded). Treatment-plan wise he told me the complete *opposite* of what the 2 higher up (at two specialty facilities) had told me.. Nice guy, but didn't get to spend much time with him.... and he did NOT check / come back to check on My Cleaning at ALL....... He never 'approved' the work or checked it like EVERY other dentist I've been to. The hygienist was NOT good... she hurt My Teeth. She kept putting TONS of pressure on My Teeth w/her instruments AND her hand / fingers (pressing on My TEETH). The Water thing kept falling out of My Mouth NONSTOP (She / they should have a 'system' for this) (I've NEVER experienced this much 'trouble' / 'issues') - the equipment felt and looked (I'm not saying it was unclean, but that it felt / looked) unclean (this repulsed me) to me... The hygienist only wanted to do an old school cleaning with the instruments and did not even OFFER me the water sprayer instrument (cavatron) - I had to ASK for it. She also didn't do a periodontal on me!!!!!!!! EVERY dentist I have been to has always done them... where they count "1,2,3,4" and check your gums. There was NONE of that. Oh, and the dentist wasn't even AWARE I was getting a cleaning!!!!!!!! He thought after a quick brief lecture I'd be done, and I said, "Um, I'm scheduled for a cleaning today......" Anyway, the hygienist (I'm not sure which is worse, the pressing HARD on My Teeth with the instruments and/or her hand and fingers pressing so hard on My Teeth I thought they were going to break), or the fact that she did not clean every tooth, and the teeth she did clean, it felt like 1/3 of the tooth. (Again, the dentist NEVER even came back to check this!). It was honestly a horrible experience.... 1/5. There are WAY better dentists at MUCH cleaner facilities between Idaho and Washington I'd rather (and WILL) goto... definitely not this one ever again - 0/5...................

I was also born without my upper lateral incisors which caused me embarrassment for most of life. The end result was I needed quite a bit of work done to just be able to smile without being self conscious and to prevent going down the road to denture-ville later in life.. I researched several cosmetic dentists in the area and found their prices outrageously high and included hidden fees such a being referred out to oral surgeons at additional expense. I was at the point of going overseas for dental tourism, until I found Dr. Readel. Dr. Readel's price was very fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. His credentials are impeccable and he graduated from the highly selective and highly rated dental school, University of Washington. He does all of his work in house, including dental extractions, thereby saving you the cost of going to a dental surgeon. He removed my Wisdom teeth and two fractured molars. I had NO pain during the procedure and even post operatively. He crowned every tooth in my mouth and placed two dental implants. He uses safe and effective oral sedation which honestly, it worked as well as IV sedation, but without the risks. I was offered Rx pain medication if needed. Everyone one in this office is wonderful. Chis and Patty, the dental assistants are top notch. Robin the office manager is top notch. The hygienists are very good. This is a one stop shop that provides state of the art care and professionalism. And if there is a dental emergency, you will NOT be inappropriately be turfed to an ER, he will take care of you. Dr. Readel is the best dentist I have ever had and I plan to continue to go to his practice! I highly recommend this practice for both family dental care and cosmetic dentistry.

I truly believe I have the best smile in the world now -- all thanks to Dr. Collins, Dr. Collins…read more(his wife!), and their amazing team at Collins Dentistry and Aesthetics! Before COVID, I always had a good smile and took pride in it. But during COVID, life hit hard. Like many people, I struggled -- emotionally, mentally, and physically. I started slacking on my dental care, and sadly, it caught up with me. I lost a tooth and had other top teeth that became badly damaged. Honestly, I had given up hope. But through prayer and God's guidance, I found Drs. Collins. They are a married couple who both work in the Valley campus, and they also have another location on South Hill. From the very first appointment, I knew I was in the right place. Over the past year, they completely transformed my smile -- and restored my confidence and joy. Their equipment and technology are absolutely top-notch -- so much better than other offices I've been to (like Chaz, Apple Dental, and even some in California). They even use advanced treatments like laser therapy for your gums (I don't know all the technical names, but it really makes a difference). Both Dr. Collins and his wife are not only incredibly skilled, but they are also so kind, genuine, and compassionate. Their staff reflects that same spirit too. You can tell they truly care about every single patient who walks through their doors. If you're someone who once had a good smile and life knocked you off track -- don't lose hope. Collins Dentistry and Aesthetics come highly recommended. I definitely, definitely, definitely stand by them. God used them to give me my smile and confidence back -- and for that, I am forever grateful.

Been going here for years now and I just love the staff…read more I hate the dentist. HATE. I get the worst anxiety anytime I have to go, even if it's just a cleaning. I told them this my first visit and they took the time to get to know me, help me try to get comfortable, and provide me medicine that I could take before my appointments to help me relax. I usually see Amber now and she is wonderful. She remembers things I've told her that are going on in my life, my kids names, etc. and it just makes you feel like a friend, not just a patient.
