The front desk receptionist / scheduler scheduled me a veneer specialist. In fact, I SPECIFICALLY was CLEAR w/the office that I needed a veneer SPECIALIST. She confirmed this. My Appointment was scheduled for Wed Feb 11, 2026 at 12p PST. Ogdan calls me at 10am (Waking me up because I have medical insomnia since My Military Service) and states "Hello, this is Jennifer at Orban Dental. I am reaching out to you because you are scheduled today at 12pm to discuss veneers. Our front office put you with a provider that does not regularly do veneers, but we do have an opening a little earlier at 10:40am with the doctor that does cosmetic cases. Would that earlier time work for you? -Orban Family Dental -Orban Family Dental" My Thoughts: The Receptionist / Scheduler 100% knew I needed to see someone SPECIFICALLY for Veneers AND I double-checked w/this front desk lady, and yet this office is contradicting themselves & claiming the OPPOSITE (This is a RED FLAG!). I asked if they could get me in with another specialist (Since they got it totally wrong even though I DOUBLE-CHECKED after they initially scheduled me with a specialist), and she said not until the 17th, which is nearly a week from now. Again, 1) The office lady ORIGINALLY scheduled me a veneer specialist AND 2) I specifically DOUBLE-CHECKED that the individual they scheduled me with was a veneer specialist. THEN, to make matters, worse they send me a random *LAST-MINUTE* text to cancel My Appointment without My Authorization! SAME-DAY they wrote: "We have been unable to reach you, so we are canceling your appt for now. -Orban Family Dental" So because I had not immediately responded to their text, they are randomly canceling My Appointment?! I had cleared My Calendar to be able to MAKE it to their Appointment! I had it scheduled for over a week / well in-ADVANCE! I explained all of this to them and she suggested that I come in in 30 minutes at "10:40am" (Note: I was in bed (Due to insomnia from the Military Service) when she wrote me all of this sleeping - her message actually woke me up), and when I agreed to, she unrealistically said, "Prior to your appointment, Please complete your new patient forms here: https://mdnt.io/e/qntWX55yE0 If you would rather complete your forms in the office, arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. -Orban Family Dental" I said, "Canceling my appointment and then offering a last-minute appointment and expecting me to fill out all this paperwork at the very last minute?? Totally unrealistic. God bless you guys good luck." You cannot POSSIBLY expect someone to get this done when you cancel / change all of this last minute and are giving them literally only 30 minutes to get from their home to your appointment while they are still in BED! I hadn't even brushed My Teeth yet. She just cancelled & rescheduled last minute and then unrealistically expected me to fill out all of this paperwork, as well?! It physically can NOT be done! Now I was a customer (after my experiences I wouldn't call myself a patient), for three years. So when I first walked into the office, toured then sat down with office manager....discussed insurance. I was told by the manager one way to pay, but when I came in for first cleaning, staff at desk declined that option. Unfortunately I forgot the exact issue, but when I spoke to that manager (2021) apologized. Hmmmm, ok. In the Spring of this year, I was sitting in the car while my wife went into the store to get pain soothing liquid for tooth suddenly began to hurt. I called the office (weekend number). The young employee not too interested was sort of listening but she would ask what did I say, long pauses because she probably had something more important. Well, three minutes into the call, my vision began to blur...wife came to the car I gave her the phone. NOW the employee was concerned. So I was later contacted and provided a prescription. Im not a pill guy. I went to the office on Monday and asked to be seen. The pain was bouncing around. That dentist told me since I couldn't truly identify the exact tooth, she didn't feel comfortable with treating me. I'm sitting in the chair shocked. Asked what to do. She said I'd be referred out of the office. I called that office......next appointment would be six weeks away !! Hmmm, severe pain. Fast forward after numerous calls to young rude staff at desk...I get an appointment for a ROOT CANAL I arrive for my root canal appointment and was hoping to do a payment plan...NOPE....all three front desk insisted I had to pay 3K upfront. No one offered an alternative. So..... I paid, and went into my appointment. Oh....just to add the ambiance.....the dental nurse and dentist spoke entire time as though I was non existent. I was surprised. At least they gave extra shot for pain BUT...super rude and I'm a veteran and am not sensitive.

After having another dentist recommend crowns on two teeth that weren't bothering me, I made an appointment at Generations Dental. The office staff was organized and helpful both before and during my visit. The dental team was friendly, gentle and understanding. Dr. Rader took time to chat before looking at my teeth, had already looked at the x-rays before coming in the room, and thoroughly explained what he was concerned with. I knew I'd made the right decision when he suggested replacing a disintegrating filling, but made no recommendation for crowns.

I was hopeful to have my tooth fixed that day to avoid further damage and the dentist was willing and had time to do it, but was told by whomever oversees financials that I would be required to pay a minimum of $450 that day or they could not help me and I would have to reschedule. Despite tears, due to embarrassment for my lack of funds to fix my tooth, I was sent out with a "Have a nice night." I, like many people, have had expenses hit hard these last few months and our savings has been decimated. I was told I could not pay the bill after it went through insurance first. This option would have given me monthly payment abilities and a chance to save some money while getting my damaged and sensitive tooth fixed. I have been a patient here for years and never not paid a bill. I left despondent.

Went in to get s set of Dentures , paid the 29 dollar fee for X rays and assessment, they took X…read morerays and they told me I had had to have all my teeth pulled before I could get dentures, but before they started to remove my teeth I paid $200 cash to get things started to have a Mold taken of my teeth, Why take a mold of my mouth with my teeth still in was to ensure I would use their services, ( Bait) . After removing my teeth they used the mold they took before my teeth were removed to make my set of Dentures, why not wait to take the impression of my mouth after my teeth were out is beyond me, Results were the First set of Dentures fit Horribly, So a Second set of impressions were taken 2 weeks after removing my teeth and took about a month to remake the 2nd set of Dentures, the results were Horrible. The proportion of the Top teeth were very large compared to the bottom set, So I went in again to discuss my concerns and was treated like I was Trash, So the Owner which is the practicing Dentist on site, after arguing with me, She Agreed that the 2 ND set of Dentures did not fit correctly and I was told to Throw away the 2 ND set of Dentures She then Personally took impressions of my Gums for a Third set of Dentures to be made that would fit correctly ,Meanwhile it has been 2 months since my teeth had been removed , Meanwhile i was Continuesly asked to Upgrade my policy, it took another 3 weeks to complete the third set of Dentures that the Upper set of Dentures did not look right and was told that they would have to remove the Soft liner for them to look right, after they removed the soft lining the dentures kept falling down and I was told to purchase Sea-Bond so they would remain in place, which they did not... Meanwhile it had been almost 3 months since my teeth were Removed. This all costed me With insurance over $4,000. I Contacted Corporate office for a Refund due to their Policy of Satisfaction Quaranteed and was told I would ONLY receive $1,395 back. This Dental office is a Bait and Switch routine, They prefer $$$ over Patient Care.

That said, the biggest issue is availability. It feels like the focus is more on bringing patients in than actually accommodating them once they're clients. There's very little flexibility with scheduling, and getting an appointment after school (3-5 PM) is nearly impossible. Missing school regularly just isn't a realistic option for most families. If they could improve access and scheduling flexibility, this would be a much stronger experience overall.

WOW was I surprised. What a gorgeous, light, airy, attractive facility! All the workers and all the patients exiting and waiting seemed very upbeat. I had booked the appointment for a tech to make a new mold to replace my broken retainer. Unexpectedly, Dr Curtis cheerfully involved himself in the process and offered two completely different approaches to my retainer.
