They could have (understandably) said "yes ma'am...We're about to close." But, they said "Welcome in. You can shop. We're open." I thanked them and promised to hurry. They reassured me that I was welcome to shop until I found what I needed. I didn't finish until 9:15. The two were quick to answer questions and super polite. Grab a piece of paper & pencil (usually located near the front door), write down the items you are interested in buying, and hand it over to an James Avery associate. They will call your name. Step over to the window and they will have all the items you requested, displayed, for you to touch, try on, ask questions, etc. They will also tell you what sizes are available, when it will be back in stock and they will "hold" anything you want for 24 hours. Today, our daughter picked out this green gemstone ring to represent her UNT 2022 graduation. Our visit to James Avery was a lovely and memorable moment for us.
