This was my first time getting a gel manicure, I kept it basic and wanted a clear coat. I felt like the service wasn't worth paying $40 on just the clear coat gel manicure... That was a bit odd since a cheaper manicure offered much more benefits... and again all I did was a clear coat gel. Had I known it was going to be this way, I would have not done the service. Aside from that my usual is to do a pedicure, this time I went with platinum and that genuinely was a great experience. I can't remember the gentlemen's name but he definitely made sure I got every benefit out of that experience. The platinum package was $68 but paying with cash dropped it to $64 which was pretty nice. Overall, I do see myself possibly coming back in the future but never again will I get a manicure done. Felt like I definitely overpaid for subpar service. They need to be more clear on what is offered for gel manicure.

I noticed my nails were crooked when she started filing but decided to trust the process, they never got better. My whole left hand is slating to the right. I also asked for brown chrome. She put gold chrome over my brown which I guess could be my own fault for just assuming the chrome is the same everywhere. It's been 3 days and all the gold chrome is chipping off so roughly half my fingers are the brown color and half are the gold chrome. I will not be going back for nails ever

During our visit my sister had a seizure which left her of course very upset as her seizures bring on intense fear prior and fear and sadness post seizure. The staff at Perfect Nails was SO VERY KIND AND COMFORTING WITH MY SISTER, it was beautiful. Then the owner told us about his recent heart attack and his philosophy for maintaining positivity. I stood there waiting for several minutes before someone acknowledged me and there were a few technicians standing around in the back which should have been my first clue. They do a nice pedicure but my manicure today was a disaster. The employee kept asking multiple times if I wanted gel and I kept saying no every time. The place looks like a mess. They used to ask for different style pedicures, now they do whatever they seem to have on hand. They don't diffuse anymore so it smells weird.
