First time customers. While at the restaurant there were a few customers for takeout orders. Young female at the counter was polite, when she came to our table to take our order. We ordered a thin pepperoni pizza and two bottled sodas. Pizza was really thick,s/p, napkins were on the table. We were not offered any hot peppers, cheese, garlic etc. Pizza tasted like it was made from frozen dough. We were not impressed with the food. We did eat the pizza minus the crust and took the leftovers with us to be polite. We paid the bill, tipped, went on our way and disposed of the rest of the pizza in the garbage when we got home. We picked up a regular large cheese pie. The service was friendly and the pie was delicious. I don't recommend the large cheese slices unless they are part of a pie that was immediately cooked, otherwise the slices, super large as they may be, are not as good. The overall issue with this establishment remains the consistency of food quality, and at times, the consistency of service. Recommended with hope of continued consistency in the future. read more

I've been disappointed by the diminishing food quality and service at this restaurant since it changed from Danny's Steakout. The large slice pizza is less flavorful than prior years. Their meatball parm hero was OK, but not particularly flavorful. The service has been at best perfunctory and, at times, strangely rude. One time, I came into the restaurant, and the waitress said absolutely nothing, not even offering a menu. It was rather peculiar. read more

So first time I ordered a spinach large pie with extra, extra spinach. Informed them I am happy to pay for this. I pay for extra, extra spinach. Get home. Needed a magnifying glass to find the spinach. Next time I called and asked if they can actually make a pie with extra spinach. The owner told me I had an attitude. I said sorry I was upset I paid for extra spinach and barely got any spinach. That time she did me right. Great job. Now, just went back and ordered extra extra spinach. Guess what. Minimum spinach. Some pieces didn't have any. I checked this time before leaving. The counter person informed me I had to specify how many bags I wanted. No other pizza place asks this and all of them are generous with the spinach. Don't mind paying, but give me what I'm paying for. Also, don't give me attitude if you're being cheap! We loved the pizza when they made it right. Very disappointed that 2 out of 3 times they were so skimpy and even charged for it. The last time, they did refund the "extra charge " after I complained and showed them what it looked like. You want happy customers - give them what they pay for and be nice to them. Best cheesesteaks in the area! Had to ask for FEWER onion rings because the first few times they gave us so many we couldn't eat them all even after bringing them home. Have also tried the soups (yummy!), pizza and worked through most of the menu. Can't go wrong here if you are in the area. read more

I ordered food here, I believe some wings, salad and Philly sub. The Philly was very tasty, the wings were amazing (Especially the sauce) and the salad was too. I believe I even ordered cheese fries were were also good. The only downside is not being able to order flats, but the food was good nonetheless! read more

Every time I would pass by Liberty I would see the spot and yesterday finally tried their pizza. It was a giant slice and delicious! The prices are great and the owners are very friendly. I went back in to try their fries and will definitely be going back to try the other flavors. The place inside is small but cozy and there is a spot in the corner fit for two to eat. If you're looking for delicious Queens worthy pizza, this is it! Update:They expanded their seating area! Restaurant is small but very clean. Everything we tried tasted good and was fresh. The cheesesteak was delicious and better then any cheesesteak you would get from any pizzeria in Liberty. The French fries were fresh cut and fried perfect. Wings tasted good, only knock is they could've made their own blue cheese dip for their wings. read more

I have eaten at Danny's since they have opened the food has always tasted good. That being said as of late each time I order food from there one or more items is messed up. I am going to give this place 4/5 stars. While I enjoy this place and the food, I won't be going back. To sum it up we were called liars, they don't sell anything with ham (untrue) and the "bacon" that was supposed to be on our sandwiches was actually HAM. We spoke to a girl who answered the phone and she was unprofessional and mean. We weren't looking for anything free. The food is good, but to be treated in such a manner, it doesn't feel good. I know Danny made the sandwiches... To pass off something when it is clearly not is unacceptable. And when customers call you out on it, you call them liars while lying at the same time. read more

I wish there were 10 stars to give this place because that's how I feel about rating this restaurant. The food is so authentic and fresh, the owners are fantastic, giving it everything they got everyday and more. The cheesesteaks are the best, bring a bib or drool bucket, your choice.
