Full Italian style menu, appetizers, entrees, pizza, soups, salads, and desserts! Pizza: Needed a bit more of a crunch but not super doughy. Dinning Area: Pretty large, open, area. Prices: Relatively cheap. 2 pies and knots, pinwheel and a 2 liter for $55.00! Parking: Plenty of space, shared strip mall lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and regular size. Pizza is always delicious. That being said, ordered pizza and two dozen wings for a family get together recently. Wings were burnt, dry and had almost no meat on them. Expected better quality at $19 a dozen. Never again. read more

The Ambiance was comfortable and family friendly. Service was excellent and best of all the food was amazing! I had a grilled chicken salad. Everything was flavorful and fresh. While grabbing a two large orders, I got my own order for a Italian combo sub, without lettuce and tomato and onion. They were very nice and polite and repeated my order to make sure it correct, nice that custom orders are a problem. In barely anytime my cold cut was ready and bagged up. Really great service, they treat there customers well here. So as for the sub, all meats were fresh, just right amount of mayo, oil and vinegar so the bread would not get soggy. The bread it itself was great, not too firm and not soft. Overall for getting a quick meal for dinner between orders it was delicious. read more

I stopped in for a to go order of Lemon Garlic bone in wings on 3/11/25 around 1pm for lunch, I love the ambiance of the restaurant, the staff was very welcoming and I was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered. Well, according to a prior review that was from a chef from a "5* Florida restaurant" that was less than glowing, he is from a different planet as you can read from his comments. Francesca's is NOT a 5* establishment.... What it is- is an excellent local family restaurant serving very tasty and reliable Italian food. Our Thursday night dinner group has been coming here often (as well as dozens and dozens other Hudson valley restaurants for over 30 years as a group) and enjoying the great food with reasonable prices. read more

Saturday 6/18/22, around 3pm, we placed an order for delivery. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant, professional and knew the menu well. She even repeated the order back to me to make sure it was correct. We ordered eggplant parm, philly cheese steak, wings, garlic bread, soda and 2 pasta dinners. The order arrived within the time she quoted. The delivery man was very professional and pleasant. All the food was hot when it arrived and everything was delicious. The subs are on the big side (they only ate 1/2 that night), the pasta dishes were also a good size. The garlic bread could have used more garlic, but I know not everyone likes it strong. The dinner salads were just enough. The house salad dressing was really good. Overall, we had a pleasant meal after a very very stressful day. We will order from them again soon. read more

Found this place the other day, wish i had sooner. Ordered garlic parm chicken wings, they are hands down the best wing i have had in NY. Crispy, real garlic and parmesan. The chunky homemade blue cheese is a treat as i haven't found another place around here with real blue cheese sauce. I will certainly recommend this place to everyone i know. Looking forward to trying more of there food. I will attach some pictures of menu as i could not find one online. Have been back a couple times. Very RUDE management. We placed for delivery and we called our brother on his way home from work to let him know we were ordering from this place but he thought we wanted him to pick it up. Ironically our father and the order he picked up had the same name and the same order. We debated as a family on whether we should call or not but we decided to call just to let them know there was a mixup so that the kitchen didn't get backed up or delayed or anything like that. This is where it gets juicy. When we called the employee demanded we brought the wrong order back and when we spoke to the manager/owner HE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON US. So we went back to return the pizza and he kept saying "you guys are wrong you guys made a mistake" and tried to make us pay for the order when it was clear that BOTH OF US were at fault. The employee who made the mix up told us that this has happened before (and from the sound of it this has probably happened many times) and at the end of it all the guy said "you guys go and throw it out happy new year and shut the door on us" Now there's so much to unpack there; during normal times if you ordered pizza how you feel if your order was at someone else's house first? That's disgusting in normal times but during the pandemic that pizza could've been contaminated with coronavirus. My brother and I work in high risk environments so theres a chance we could have spread it to them had they actually given the food back to the people who ordered it. I think I can give them zero stars. Alright so we used to order from here sometimes abs it was decent. Once COVID struck it seemed like quality went dow hill. And I hate to say that I really do nothing worse than seeing a local business fail especially due to the happenstance. I went there in March ordered 2 slices. took 10 minutes of waiting outside at the "counter". Ok no big deal got home and this is what 2 "regular slices" are to them whatever I chalked it up I paid cash. Fast forward to last week I noticed on my debit card a charge to the business. Dealt w the bank which was great. Called up there asked if they could look into it on their end and they basically told me to pound salt! Here's the kicker I was in Rockland County at the time The charge was made (and had proof even so the bank found it comical). I am the head Chef at a 5 Star restaurant in Clearwater Florida. I am visiting family here in Montgomery NY. I was looking for a delivery place that delivered all the time , not just certain times of the day like the 3 other places I called before them. Gladly they were open and delivered. Yesterday I ordered a plain pizza with 12 hot wings, order of garlic nots, and the calamari. The pizza was tasty. Didn't care for the hot wings, seems like the breading soaked up the sauce. The nots were tasty with there sauce. The calamari could have been better if they would use a plastic container with holes in it so that the steam can exit the container instead of making the calamari soggy. Today I decided to try other items, and had ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries, eggplant parm w/salad, meatball parm w/onion rings, and a chicken quesadilla. The burger looked fresh and was cooked the way it was ordered. The tomato didn't look fresh and was cut paper thin, nowhere like the picture in their menu! The Meatball parm was very dry with little sauce. The meatball was definitely lacking garlic as well as either some Basel or fresh parsley. Solidly good food, served quickly in a clean environment, at very reasonable prices. I am always surprised that this place is not more crowded. Been for lunch several times, and for dinner. We've ordered takeout from here several times over the past several years and it's always been pretty good. Lately, I've noticed a decline. I realize COVID has posed struggles for small businesses, and we try to be supportive, but it seems there is very little adult supervision in this place during the last year. A few months ago I ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza during their slow time and it took over an hour to prepare. I waited in my car the entire time. Then last week I called at 3 pm to order an XL cheese pie to be picked up at 5:15. When we arrived, I called as per instructions on the window and the girl who answered put me on hold 3 times and then said they needed another 2-3 minutes and she'd call me when it was ready. They were not busy, I could see several employees standing around inside. OK, no problem. 1/2 hr later I call again, as I had 4 hungry teenage boys in the car and we had to go somewhere. On hold again, and then was told it would be ready shortly. Finally someone came outside calling my name and I paid and picked up my order. It was nearly 6 pm. Good thing I called 3 hrs earlier to order something simple! When I looked inside the box the pie was the size of a medium, and it was cut into 10 toddler sized slices. Someone is clearly not overseeing this place properly anymore, as this wasn't typical of the quality of their service and food in the past. I gave it 3 stars because the boys said it tasted ok. A mix up happened at the restaurant. I accidentally went to pick up an order after work without knowing that my Mom asked for it to be delivered. The restaurant gave me what I ordered. They even told me I already paid for it (I figured my mom did it over the phone.) When I got home I realized we accidentally picked up someone else's meal. I called to inform the restaurant of the situation. They demanded that I bring the pizza and food back so they can give it to the other customer. Even during Non-Covid times, that's really gross. I wouldn't want to eat pizza that's been in someone else's house. They threatened to call the police on us if we didn't return the pizza too. The manager was very mean. This place should be investigated for its practices. I'll be reporting this to the Health Department in the morning. If you want to risk eating recycled food, then order here. I was working late and decided to go an get a sandwich for dinner, this place was right around the corner. I called to order my sandwich I don't know what type a phone system they have, but they could not hear what I was saying. Three times I had to repeat myself. When I went to get my sandwich one girl took my money the other dropped my sandwich and walked away before I could even tip her. I thought that was rude and left the money under the hand sanitizer. Then I went to the car having ordered an Italian combo with mayonnaise only, Because sometimes they put oil and vinegar on it also I got to the car and decided to check, because it was not in Sandwich form it was in a box. I looked and there were no vegetables on it only mayonnaise no lettuce onion tomato you know things that make it an Italian combo instead of a meat sandwich. When I went back and asked for the vegetables that belong on my sandwich the girl took an attitude with me saying that's the way I ordered it.
