I don't know how you can serve something that you know is is over done and expect the customer who is paying a premium (these days) especially for ribs and think that is okay,It's not! This is not the first time I ordered something that has been overcooked. I frequent their crispy duck because the portion is a nice size and the sauce is excellent. However, one time before I ordered the duck and it was so dry and overcooked. I was so disappointed that when I placed an order the time after I specifically asked them not to overcook them. Now, I should not have to say that to the cooks in the back, they should know this. As a Resturant Owner, you should know that if you serve overcooked food your customers aren't going to be happy and then they're not going to return. I will take the extra long drive out to Jeffersonville or Liberty and get my Chinese food out there.

My favorites here are the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, Steamed Dumplings, Pork Fried Rice, and they have fantastic Wonton Soup. Over the years I've probably had most everything. We loved all the fresh vegetables perfectly cooked, adding a variety of textures and flavors. It is offered as mild, medium, or hot; we got hot, which was great but not overly spicy, and we might request extra spicy next time. Lastly, we got the breakfast paratha wrap filled with their incredible tofu scramble. We were so impressed by how non-greasy it was (both the paratha and the scramble). We are always looking for food that isn't overly salty or oily, which is hard to find, but the Red Dot managed to do everything perfectly. Also major props to their masala chai, made super fresh with your choice of milk. The soy milk was creamy and pleasantly sweet and it didn't even require adding sugar. So rare to find vegan masala chai. The food takes fairly long to come out, but we felt it was worth it because of how delicious everything was; we also appreciated the generous portions. The new ownership really elevated the experience and brought something fresh to the town. The food has always been consistently good. If you're visiting for the first time, the Tomahawk steak is a must-try--not only is it delicious, but the tableside presentation is a show in itself. They even have heaters for the colder seasons before closing the patio for winter. The only suggestion I have for management is to pay more attention to the main entrance. The area around the ATM often has stacked chairs, boxes, or other items that make the entrance look cluttered. It's a small detail, but first impressions matter, and the entrance should reflect the quality of the restaurant inside.
