I called her and she said that I had called and rescheduled the appointment for a date in June. Which is not true - The rescheduled date she gave me was a date that I was to be out of town. We rescheduled the date again. She called me back after about twenty minutes to confirm the date and time but the date and time she gave me was not the date we agreed on. I confirmed the date and time again. When I arrived the second time Stephanie again was no where to be found. The other person in the salon informed me this happened a lot with her clients. Do not waste your time. She is completely disrespectful of your time and extremely unprofessional.

My view haven't change on how I feel about Mariana as a stylist.. She's on point with my haircuts. Never disappoint. She been cutting my hair for 3 years now. I'm alway happy after every visits. I know she have went to NYC for razor cutting class. Few more cutting classes at Loreal Academy. She's now a Loreal expert and that's the products they used at Loo Loo's Today she shaved my side again.. Also got the balayage highlights again. I'm not really sure what that is but have 10 weeks of not getting it done. People still like my highlights. All thinks I just got it done. Liz whose the other half of Loo Loo's is a certified Loreal Educator and took the same classes as Mariana. These ladies are good at what they do. They take pride in their works and willing to educate themselves to bring clients the best new techniques and the current trends. I'm not sure if she meant herself or the salon in general but it's what led me to write a review and I never write reviews. Angelica was who dyed my hair the other stylists came over to give some help after it looked like there was a line of copper and really dark roots compared to the rest of my hair. Everyone was very nice so I gave 2 stars. As a SAHM it's hard to find time to get my hair done and now I'm stuck wearing hats and headbands until I can find a person and time to get it fixed.

What I like is the honesty and the cut is cheap $45 for cut & blow dry!! I'm not 100% sure how the other pricing is as I don't color my hair....yet!! I'm sure it's reasonable though, and it will be a service I will use at one point whether I like it or not :) The interior is clean and pretty, and if you've never been over there they only have street parking so bring some quarters!!

I was in and out in less than 2 hours (if you have short hair, be happy since that is record time given the amount of hair I have). I didn't go in with a picture of the color or cut I was looking for so I just explained to him what look I was going for and he got it dead on! Very very very reasonable prices (cannot stress that enough) and I believe they take cash or check only since each stylist rents out a space there. Tina will be truthful and honest with recommendation. I had been dying my hair black for years and…read morewanted to make a change and lighten it. I went to Tina to get her recommendation on it. She told me that she didn't think it was a good idea to bleach the hair in the condition my hair was in because of the many years of black hair dye. What she recommended was for me stop the black hair dye and cover only the gray at the roots only a medium to dark brown and get regular trims of the ends until black was gone which I did. The purpose of the recommendation was that by dying the roots and getting trims was so that can later be able to bleach the hair to a lighter shade. The whole process took me almost a year to get my desired shade. I now have a copper reddish hair and love it. I've gotten many compliments on it and I can get away from dying my grays a little longer than when I had black hair.

I've been to many excellent stylist but at some point they always to seem give me the haircut that they want for me, NOT the haircut that I want. My hair is very tricky - it's thick and gets really puffy if layers and thinning aren't done properly. Carrie has mastered thinning my hair so that it's has a really smooth look. She has also introduced products that I could NEVER live without now. The hair oil (can't spell the brand) smells amazing and works amazing. My whole family, husband, son, and daughter are all hooked on it. She's also introduced dry hair shampoos that allow me to go several days between washings. It saves me a ton of time not blow drying and straightening every day. She's also got a very flexible schedule and I find it so much easier to schedule directly with her rather than a receptionist at a big salon. I could not imagine going back to a big salon now. Her salon at Sola is warm and personal.
