I was also over my mileage and wanted to see if I could make an early transition into a newer version of the same vehicle specifically one with captain's chairs. From the moment I walked in, Katherine Ramos took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She asked the right questions, listened to what I needed and wanted, and knew the inventory extremely well. She showed me several options and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I ultimately walked out with the exact vehicle I wanted, and I couldn't be happier! I'm beyond pleased with the experience and absolutely love my new vehicle. I'm still excited about it today. A huge thank you to Katherine Ramos for making the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Nutley Kia, and if you're looking for a new vehicle, definitely ask for Katherine Ramos. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, but Katherine truly went above and beyond. Thank you again for an outstanding experience!

I honestly did not think it was possible to lower my opinion of used car salesmen. But in that at…read moreleast, Lynne's exceeded my expectations. 1. After deciding to buy the car, Juan had me wait in a back office for Chris in finance to see me. I understand that is a game you play. Thats fine. What I was unprepared for was the transphobic comments about another customer that I overheard from your staff. It was rude to the other customer and offensive to me. And just plain mean spirited. At a Subaru dealership of all places. Honestly, I should have known then that I didn't want to do business with you. 2. Both Juan Rios and Chris Colino went on at some length, unprovoked, about how their mechanic went over my car thoroughly and what wonderful shape it was in. After buying the car, I immediately made an appointment for a full inspection at my local BMW service center. The steering rack was visibly and obviously cracked. The steering rack and rear camber link arm needed to be replaced at a cost of over $8000. In the video from the service center, it so obviously clear that something is broken that I have to wonder if Chris and Juan are liars or if the mechanic is blind. 3. When buying the car, Chris convinced me to get the service contract "in case something is wrong," assuring me that I can cancel with ease within 30 days for a full refund. When I called about the steering rack issue, he suggested that I lie and say it is a new problem to get the service contract to cover it. 4. When I tried to cancel the service contract, Chris was suddenly nowhere to be found. He didn't answer emails or phone calls or even a registered letter. On day 28, he finally sent me the paperwork in order to cancel. 5. I was refunded part of my money for the canceled service contract but not the full purchase price of the contract as promised. When I emailed Chris about it, he promised to look into it and I haven't heard from him since despite follow-up emails that include the dates of all correspondence to show that I did have the paperwork in within the 30 days. 6. Juan did not bother to put in the paperwork for my tags until after the temporary tags had expired, despite an email assuring me that Delaware DMV had my paperwork and we were waiting on them. I am thoroughly disgusted with every aspect of buying a car at Lynne's. Bigoted, dishonest, and a complete lack of integrity make it the worst car buying experience I've had in 40 years.

Even after moving away, we would often make the trip back just to have them inspect our car because we knew they would give us honest advice. A while back, a chain oil change shop told us we needed new brake pads. We came here for a second opinion, and they explained that the rust we were seeing was normal and would wear off with regular local driving. They were right. A year later, another shop again tried to sell us brake pads during an oil change. We immediately brought the car here, and after a thorough inspection, they told us the brakes still had about 2,000 miles left. That level of honesty is rare. Instead of recommending unnecessary repairs, they only suggest work that actually needs to be done. Their prices are fair, their workmanship is excellent, and most importantly, they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic, you can bring your car here with confidence. In an industry where it's hard to know who to trust, this shop has consistently proven that honesty still exists:)
